The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking, microwave oven, oven, glass ceramic cook top, freezer and outdoors there is an area where you will find the washing machine and you can hang the laundry. There is a sofa bed in the dining room that you can transform into a double bed so that you can have a total of 7 people in the house. You have a terrace with chairs and tables where you can have lunch or supper. The dining room is also air-conditioned with a television and a living area. The apartment is on the first floor. On the basement you have a closed garage and 2 big swimming pools and a swimming pool for children. You can relax by playing tennis, you have 4 tennis courts, and the residence is guarded by a security guard.

The owner and his wife are very helpful and responsive. Condo was everything advertised except the WiFi which was shared with another unit. It really didn't work well. But still had a great week.

Owner's Response: Munchas Gracias Sr Jose Diaz, Muy contento para vosotros que se han pasado unas vacaciones muy agradables y que posiblemente ya tengan previsto de volver para sus próximas vacaciones. Ya saben que tengo a su disponibilidad 2 apartamentos idénticos uno con solárium de 70m2 todo equipado con tumbona ,mesa y silla y con barbacoa y con internet y otro sin solárium solo con wiffi. se lo comento por si desean venir varias familias de vacaciones podiendo recibir hasta 14 personas juntos Espero que su viaje de retorno se haga pasado bien. munchas gracias por haber pasado sus vacaciones en nuestros apartamentos de águilas los collados y le esperamos . un saludo de parte de pilar a todos vosotros y de mi parte también. atentamente Pascual Morales

Apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario para una gran estancia. Playas cercanas y piscinas estupendas. Los dueños, Sr. Pascual y su señora, son personas simpáticas y agradables que están atentas a cualquier problema. Sin duda volvería a repetir. Un saludo Pascual 🙋

El apartamento era tal y como se describía en la página web y estaba totalmente equipado. Todo funcionaba correctamente, incluyendo el aire acondicionado. El lugar muy tranquilo y bien cuidado. Los dueños muy amables y en frecuente contacto por si necesitábamos algo. Lo dicho, perfecto.

RAVIE ;-),

Mr Pascual Morales ( propriétaire ) super sympa, est en plus venu nous chercher car on était perdu ( 22h20 quand même ;-) ) ,

prend bien le temps de tous nous expliquer sur place ( malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée ;-) ) ,

à notre arrivée , bouteille de jus de fruit et eau nous ont été offert , et vu la chaleur, nous étions content de ce cadeau ;-)

appartement super , bien équipé , tout ce qu'il faut ;-)

garage privé ( important par cette chaleur ;-) )

Piscine génial, le p'ti c'est amusé comme un fou ( 3ans) mais surtout environnement bien propre .

Super séjour

Super séjour, accueil du propriétaire très chaleureux ,

appartement fonctionnel et confortable avec un grand solarium,résidence calme et propre ,piscines sans affluence toujours des places à l'ombre de disponibles, météo très agréable entre 28 et 32° avec une brise constante, beaucoup de notre entourage nous déconseillait de descendre si bas en Espagne à cause de la chaleur..Aucun regret bien au contraire .Bref super séjour..
