Photos and Description of this 1 bedroom holiday apartment in Santa Eulària des Riu

Wonderful apartment in the very first line of the sea, with probably the best views you can find in Ibiza. Comfortable, quiet but not isolated, with all services near (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.) and the beaches of Es Canar and Cala Nova very close to it (2 and 5 minutes walking), on the top floor of a building of 4, shared area with nice swimming pools and gardens. Full equipped, including kitchen, with sheds and towels and all necessary for a comfortable stance. To rent for days/weeks. Price: 80/130€ a day depending on season. Better option than hotel for quality-price.

The apartment was clean a...

The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 week stay. The view from the living room and balcony is magnificent - by day an uninterrupted sea view and by night dark skies, perfect for amateur astronomers! The location is perfect for both the beach at Es Canar (3 minutes walk) and the wilder beach at Cala Nova (about 10 minutes walk). Although Es Canar has its lively parts with late-night entertainment, this apartment block is in a peaceful location so we were never disturbed at night. The owner was friendly and communicative by email and had arranged with a local resident to meet us to let us in and deal with the deposit - all went very smoothly. We would definitely like to return in the future.

"The apartment was very pleasant, not luxurious but modern and well maintained. The view was absolutely stunning. The pool was superb, a few more sun beds could have been provided but we didn't have a problem. The surrounding area was wonderful, quiet but with a selection of bars and restaurants nearby, some of the best are right on the beach. Overall a very good holiday."

LUGAR SILENCIOSO Y TRANQUILO, SIN EMBARGO A 5 MINUTOS ANDANDO ESTA EL CENTRO DE UN PUEBLO CON TODO LO QUE NECESITAS. PLAYAS MUY AGRADABLES A LAS QUE PUEDES IR ANDANDO. VISTAS PRECIOSAS DESDE EL APARTAMENTO. RESPECTO AL RESTO DE LA ISLA ES CANAR ES IDEAL PORQUE ESTAS A 20 MINUTOS EN COCHE DE CASI TODOS LOS SITIOS.

"El sitio es perfecto, con unas visas increibles a una pequeña cala. Muy cerquita hay una cala bastante majeta con un campig cerca y restaurantes. Esta muy cerca de Es Canar, qu epara ir a comer/cenar /tomar algo está fenomenal.

Ideal para ir con niños.. piscina muy agradable..

Go to Santa Eularia, past it and you will find the sign to ES CANAR. Arriving to Escanar, turn left to "Mirador de Tagomago" (Is signed).

Here you have the beach of "Cala Nova" at 5 minuts, with has a nice turques color wather. Thre's the "Hippie Market" on wednesdays and near there's the other famous market "Las Dalias", arriving to San Carlos. It's a good idea to go to Formentera taking the boat in Escanar, at 5 minuts walking from the appartment, and visit the island or just go to one of the best beaches you can see: "Illetes", with it's white sand. So many places are near here as there are everywhere in Ibiza, good restaurants, beaches, clubs, etc. The island is small, with a car nowhere is far away. Without a car, Es Canar is a tourist complex, so it has everything you can need.
