Newly refurbished ground floor one double bedroom flat located in a quiet residential area off the London Road in Central Headington.

The private entrance leads to the open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully integrated and well equipped with modern appliances and equipment, including a cooker and a hood extractor, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine and a comprehensive set of kitchen crockery and cutlery for home cooking and excellent dining.

The stunning open plan living/dining area is fully furnished to include a bar table and bar chairs, a sofa-bed, an armchair, a coffee table and a flat screen TV/DVD.

The comfortable office area with a working desk, a chair and a table lamp also offered in the apartment.

The double bedroom with a window facing a quite rear garden, includes a comfortable double size bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The double bed is prepared with good quality mattress, hypoallergenic microfiber duvet and pillows and completed with fine percale cotton linen. The shower room has a shower cabin, a sink and complete with toiletries, bath sheets and towels.

The apartment is very well located for the Headington hospitals and Oxford Brookes University. It has fast access to most areas including the Business and Science parks of Oxford. The direct coach service to London goes straight past the apartment and there is a frequent bus service to Oxford city centre, which takes about 10 minutes. OK property, convenient location.

The walls are thin and the neighbors are quite loud. The unit was mostly clean but had lots of cobwebs. The bathroom setup was strange but usable. It was nice to have access to a small kitchen, wifi and tv for the week. Very walkable to the grocery store, parks and local restaurants which was our favorite part.

Smoking - the property is strictly non-smoking. If guests are in breach of this rule and smoke in a property, a deductions will be made from the damage deposit, plus any further costs required to remove smoke damage/odour from the apartment and its furnishings.
Pets - Pets are not permitted in the property.
Guests - Guests must provide the names of all the occupants of the apartment and copies of their identity documents. The number of guests must correlate with the number shown in the booking form disregarding of the presence any vacant room in the rental property. For any booking, the responsible guest’s age must be over 21 years.
Guests behaviour during a rental period - Guests are required to keep the property, its contents and the interior in a good and clean condition. Any breakages or damages will be charged at replacement cost and deducted from the damage deposit. An extra charge will be made for additional cleaning.
Guests agree not to use or store articles or liquids that are dangerous, noxious, inflammable, explosive or which may give a risk to health or fire risk in the property.
Guests are required to respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the other residents. Guests are required not to do anything in the property which may become a nuisance to the other residents.
Guests must return all keys. Replacement keys will be charged from the damage deposit held
Checking in - we will arrange for guests to be met at the property for check-in.
Check in is between 1.00pm and 4.00pm (13.00-16.00) on arrival date.
