Apartment, peaceful setting near the beach (250m), lots of light, complete privacy—no overlook, with a gorgeous panoramic view of vineyards and mountains. Living room with large picture windows overlooking large terrace (40m2) full sun, partly covered, featuring Mediterranean plants, outdoor living room, and chaise lounges.

Very comfortable air-conditioned apartment, nicely equipped with appliances. WiFi available. Private parking reserved for renter.

Accommodation located on a dead-end road with very little auto traffic. Road crosses vineyards, leading to hiking trails overlooking bay of Collioure on one side (map available from owner). On the other side, the beach just 250m away, 10 minute walk to center of village. Bars, restaurants and shops just 200m from apartment: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, anchovy shop, news stand…No car necessary, everything you need is nearby.

Green, peaceful rural setting. Quiet road, pleasant walk to beach, harbor and village. Gorgeous view of Fort St. Elme and old windmill from entrance.

Renters are personally welcomed.

Important: departure and arrival dates flexible only from late October to early May. Otherwise arrival and departure on Saturday only. Contact owner.

A perfect place for a perfect holiday

It has been the second time this year that we stayed in this property - and we'll certainly come back. The apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished. The best thing is a large balcony where you can spend all day (if you want), just enjoying the view of the vineyards and mountains and waiting for the sun to set, to be celebrated with a glass of the local wine. Pure bliss!

Michel is a great host, always going the extra mile to help and make your stay more comfortable if needed.

The location of the property is ideal, just 7-10 mins from the beach (depending on the weight of your shopping bags when coming back from the weekly market), but very quiet. You can just step out of the door and go for a walk in the vineyards or up to St Elme to enjoy a spectacular view over coast and mountains.

It's a perfect place for a perfect holiday!

Great veiws .

Very nice apartment in a lovely peaceful area with a massive balcony with great views across the valley, part shade part open, comfy furniture and bed, nice kitchen area and quirky shower. Just 10 minutes walk from the sea front/restaurants/bars and shops. Supermarket near by. WiFi was bang on. Directions to the apartment perfect. Michel is a very friendly host nothing was to much trouble for him to explain, his English is not perfect but neither is my French but we all understood each other and had a good laugh doing it. Thanks Michel for a lovely week.

Clean and comfortable with all amenities.

We had such a nice time in Michel's other apartment Raul Dufy last year we returned to stay in 'Henri Matisse' this year. Michel is a very friendly host and always willing to help. Collioure is a beautiful town and harbour, we enjoy having a meal or just a coffee at the waters edge. There is a busy market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. A few Kilometres away is the town of Port Vendres, a busy fishing town; it is nice to walk along the harbour or have a meal or refreshments there. We would recommend any of Michel's apartments.

Wir waren zum 2ten Mal da. Die Küche wurde vergrößert und macht die Selbstverpflegung zu einem Vergnügen.

Die Terrasse und die Wohnung gehört zum Besseren was Sie sonst so angeboten bekommen.

Un excellent séjour à Collioure grâce à la position ultra bien située, nous aons fait des ballades magnifiques à pied au départ même de la location. Accès à Collioure centre de la même manière sans toucher la voiture, rien ne manque dans l'appartement, de beaux espaces, un très bon accueil, nous recommandons cette location.

Très bel appartement

Nous recherchions un appartement pour 4 personnes durant une semaine.

A notre arrivée, nous avons été reçu par le propriétaire qui nous a donné de très bons conseils pour organiser nos visites.

L'appartement est bien aménagé , fonctionnel, propre et surtout très calme. Idéal pour se reposer. La vue depuis la terrasse est très agréable.

Le centre ville et la plage sont à 5 minutes à pied !

La montagne, les vignes sont aussi à proximité.

Nous recommandons donc cette location sans hésiter.
