Modern home located in quiet enclave just minutes away from Killarney. Nice kitchen area, rooms with attached bathrooms (just 1 king bed though...), nice yard with BBQ, plenty of parking space, two convenient living rooms for conversations, reading, cocktails or late nights. Seconds away from Beaufort Golf Course.
Eileen has put a lot of thought into how she can make this a perfect stay. The house on arrival was absolutely spotless and the interior design has had no expense spared. Approx 10 mins drive into Killarney town itself. There is lots to do in the area (gap of Dunloe and Kate Cairney's cottage is a must). Would definitely recommend to a family wanting to experience Ireland - we will be back again!!
It was immaculate and above our expectations! They provided high end appliances, utensils, dinnerware, as well as pots and pans! The bedding was extremely comfortable. We would recommend this property to everyone!
This is a magnificent house in a perfect location for exploring Kerry. We were a group of 8 and the house accommodated all comfortably. The house is recently, beautifully decorated and everything you could possibly require for your stay is provided. Highly recommended.
This is a beautiful property. All the luxuries you could imagine and then more. Our family group of 8 people thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house and wish we never had to leave.
Thank you for sharing your home with us Eileen, it is truly spectacular. If we come back to Ireland, this is where we'll stay.
We where a party of 8 we played golf 3mins away great course house very well equipped and spotlessly clean lots of things to do in the area
Only thing you would find helpful would be a information book on how things work in the household
Beaufort Golf Club is a superb 18 hole parkland championship golf course located just 10 minutes from Killarney Town on the Ring of Kerry road. 2 min. drive from the house.

Kerry's Best Restaurants
We are fortunate in having a number of excellent restaurants close by.
BEAUFORT
The Beaufort Bar: (064 6644032) It offers an excellent selection of local dishes including beef, lamb and fish and vegetarian options.
The Inn Between: A popular pub in the village of Beaufort that serves very good bar food and is ideal for casual dining. (064 6644347)
10 minutes away by car is:
Kate Kearney's Cottage: A small friendly family run restaurant at the mouth of the Gap of Dunloe. Kate Kearney was a legendary beauty who a 150 years ago served poteen - illegally brewed from potatoes - to visitors to the Gap. (064 6644146)
Aghadoe Heights (064 6631766) We do not usually recommend hotel restaurants but this is exceptional. Situated in a modern hotel beside the ancient monastic ruins at Aghadoe, between Beaufort and Killarney, the restaurant has a panoramic view of the Lakes and of McGillycuddy's Reeks. The food is of a very high standard and correspondingly priced but for a special occasion it is ideal.
Hotel Europe (064 6671300) Considered by some critics to be a building aesthetically better suited to a Swiss mountain resort than the Kerry landscape the monolithic Hotel Europe offers a bistro open seven days a week serving decent food. Not the least of its attractions are an excellent view of the lake with outside seating in fine weather(and some might say that an additional benefit is that it is also one of the few places in the area from which one cannot see the hotel)
KILLARNEY TOWN (about 10 minutes away)
Cucina Italiana: (064 6626575) A sophisticated Italian restaurant offering very good modern Italian cooking. The swordfish carpaccio is highly recommended. Bookings probably essential. In an alleyway opposite the cinema.
Porterhouse Bistro Pub Food. Great Atmosphere. Excellent food. Music nightly. 064 6671130
Bricin: Excellent food - including traditional Irish Boxty - and friendly service. Closed Sunday (064 6634902)
Gaby's: (064 6632519) is an internationally renowned fish
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-
KILLORGLIN (15 minutes away)
Sol y Sombra: (066 97 62347) Located in an old church this is a terrific Spanish themed tapas
Nick's: (066 9761219) is a steak and seafood restaurant.
Bianconi: (066 9761146) is a very good pub restaurant.
Jacks: (066 97 69102) A very good restaurant in Cromane specializing in local seafood with a pub attached .
