This brand new remodeled 800 sq ft apartment will be a very comfortable place to stay during your next trip to LA! It is centrally located to Downtown LA, USC, Koreatown, Staples Center. Easy access to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Silverlake and Hollywood!

The apartment offers a combination of sleek modern Scandinavian/ Mid-Century/Retro design along with a charming, comfortable and cozy setting. High ceilings, skylights and open flow floor plan with an industrial flair. Very secure and private. It has a full kitchen, a modern full bathroom, dining area as well as a living room/lounge area. The apartment has natural light, a queen size memory foam bed, two twin size tempurpedic memory foam beds (can be turned into a king size bed), 37' flat screen TV, quality bed linens and towels. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, cook top, stove, microwave/hood, coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and plates. There are two bedrooms in this apartment. One room has a queen size bed and the other room has two twin size XL beds that can be joined into a King size bed. One twin size XL sofa bed in living room. One twin XL size tempur-pedic twin XL mattress in side the apartment and two air mattresses available.

Located within a walking distance is a grocery store/market and dance studios.

Really nice stay

Wij hebben een mooie tijd gehad. We waren er met kerst en de verhuurders waren niet altijd aanwezig maar wel altijd bereikbaar. Het appartement is mooi ingericht. Alles aanwezig en voor de kinderen erg prettig dat ze ieder een eigen bed hebben. Met eigen auto is het op een ideale locatie . Wij hadden de pech dat de batterijen laag waren van de rookmelder maar alles werd direct opgelost.

We really enjoy this spacious apartment. Kitchen and bathroom were well stockedand our daughters enjoyed to have their own bedroom.

It's also well situated to discover the city and around.

Linda is really friendly and helpful !!!

RAVING here...... wow!

Just had to post this about Linda and Gil. We had SCOURED the VRBO site and found this great place to stay for a convention we were attending in the area. It was THE best place in the entire vicinity. We sadly, had a last minute cancellation (just a few days before our scheduled arrival) after having been booked for a few months. This was a fairly busy time and these owners were amazing. In no way did we expect to get our money back. Never would we have expected it. This lovely couple wrote to US and said that they were able to get their rental place rented by someone else.. LAST MINUTE and so they wanted to refund our money. NO one does this.. and it was totally unexpected. (I had gotten the flu & we were unable to make our trip so we had a legit. excuse.. but how did THEY know that? ANYway... it was important to us to let you know the caliber of honest and DECENT human beings these people really are. I mean.. wow. Rent this place if you are undecided between them and some other place ... Seriously. God bless them to the moon!~ Laurie & H~

Very clean with convenient location

My family of 4 really enjoyed the spacious apartment! It was very clean and had everything we could hope to need. We did laundry at the pay machines out back while there and everthing went very well. The apartment itself is in half of a commercial building in an ethnic part of town. We liked the urban feel of it, and the boys loved having their own twin beds. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is that the locale is a little sketchy. There was a homeless man headquartered across the street, and loud latin music started up at a local business a few doors down every morning at 10. It was very easy to get to all the main attractions in LA though, and Linda was super friendly and accommodating!

Nice functional Apartment

My experience with the host of this home was impeccable. Linda (the owner) was cordial, warm and efficient. The pictures are an accurate representation of the home. It was super clean, everything was in working order, fast wifi. It was bright but not so airy. The rooms were comfortable with all the amenities We needed. There are ample supplies for making breakfast and dinner, easy access to grocery stores. Small things make a big difference--shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. are provided. Was appreciated. The street is loud but inside the house was minimal street noise. This home is a nice find; you'll be happy here.
