This brand new remodeled 800 sq ft apartment will be a very comfortable place to stay during your next trip to LA! It is centrally located to Downtown LA, USC, Koreatown, Staples Center. Easy access to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Silverlake and Hollywood!

The apartment offers a combination of sleek modern Scandinavian/ Mid-Century/Retro design along with a charming, comfortable and cozy setting. High ceilings, skylights and open flow floor plan with an industrial flair. Very secure and private. It has a full kitchen, a modern full bathroom, dining area as well as a living room/lounge area. The apartment has natural light, a queen size memory foam bed, two twin size tempurpedic memory foam beds (can be turned into a king size bed), 37' flat screen TV, quality bed linens and towels. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, cook top, stove, microwave/hood, coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and plates. There are two bedrooms in this apartment. One room has a queen size bed and the other room has two twin size XL beds that can be joined into a King size bed. One twin size XL sofa bed in living room. One twin XL size tempur-pedic twin XL mattress in side the apartment and two air mattresses available.

Located within a walking distance is a grocery store/market and dance studios.

Wonderful dreamy experience!

Our staying experience couldn't be better at Linda's house and we don't even want to leave at all. It's very conveniently located in a very quiet neighbourhood.Parking is easy too. We had everything we need inside of the house during our stay. Linda was very responsive. We had a wonderful experience in LA! Thank you for everything:)

Cosy Apartment

First impression was a little small but it brought us together as a family and we loved it. So close to our other son's home which made it easy to go back and forth. Had everything we needed.

Excellent property. Very convenient location.

Great Place to Stay!

I went to LA with my family and i really enjoyed my stay here. I found the place to have all the essentials and is very clean! When we got there Linda checked us in and was very nice. I really liked the fact that there’s a store near by to buy some groceries. I felt safe there with my family and will definitely be renting this place again!
