About Peter or Bonnie

Our family loves living in Olympia. This is where I was born and the majority of my family resides here. We returned to Olympia after spending time teaching overseas and in Alaska. It is a wonderful place to call home.

Peter or Bonnie purchased this cottage in 2009

Why Peter or Bonnie chose Puget Sound

We purchased this property in 2009. We live on the same parcel as the cottage in a large white 90 year old farm house. We knew this property was for us because of its rural, but close to town location.

What makes this cottage unique

We love the access we have to the Chehalis Western Trail and the pastoral views.

Wonderful Little Place

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. We took our bikes and rode the bike trail. It is an easy trail that is not crowded. We went to the Farmer's Market, Antique stores in town and got a good hike in. Plenty of good restaurants too. We will definitely go back there again. Close to town yet out of town.

Cute, Cozy, Clean

  • 5 of 5

Peter & Bonnie responded promptly to our request to stay at their cottage and were easy to communicate with. Their cottage is in a lovely setting and is a great home base and easy drive to anywhere you would want to go in Olympia or Lacey. We took advantage of being near the Chehalis Western Trail, and enjoyed the company of Lilly, the sweetest dog ever! We will absolutely consider staying again at this Cute Cottage should our travels bring us back to Olympia.

Great Little Cottage

  • 4 of 5

Awesome little place to stay! Everything you need for a convenient trip. Far enough out of town to be away from the bussle of the city but close enough for convenience. Walking trails are wonderful. The owners provide a convenient listing of local shops, restaurants, etc.. that is very helpful. Wi-fi connection was less than desirable but unless you're traveling with a teenager it's not a big deal. Would highly recommend this rental for the person who wants to experience the northwest!! Great location to travel to the many adventures available in Washington.

Just what we needed at a central location. The benefits of being in the country but close to town. Lots of natural light in the property.
