This beautiful and very large (2000 sf) duplex with 11' ceilings was tastefully renovated to blend classical and contemporary elements. The home is in a classic 20' wide New York brownstone. The parlor floor has 11' high ceilings, original wainscoting, a chef's kitchen with 6 burner range, a deck off the kitchen, spacious backyard, three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms. Situated in the heart of Hamilton Heights, the townhouse is off Broadway, a 15 minute walk (2 minute train ride) to Columbia University. It is within three blocks of the 1 train. There are many restaurants and cafes just around the corner on Amsterdam and Broadway. Some of my favorites include The Grange, Fumo, Anchor, Covo, Hamilton Bakery, Geisha Sushi, and Harlem Public. The home is close to 2 main train lines that will take you to Time Square in 20 minutes and downtown in 30 minutes.

Gorgeous Hamilton Heights Brownstone

This apartment is beautiful and huge! Open plan upstairs includes a living area and kitchen. Downstairs are three large bedrooms and two full baths. It even has a recently redone yard and washer dryer in the basement. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in New York.

Awesome rental ! Will stay again !

The owner is beyond accomadating and extremely helpful!

The property is huge !!! Close to great restaurants , parks and an easy commute to every place we needed to go !

This was our first time using VRBO and because of this property and the owner , I will do it again ! It was a perfect place to regroup after long hot days running around the city !

Oh and plenty of off street parking for our large SUV !

Wonderful Property

This was a very nice place to stay. We had 8 people and had plenty of room. The manager was very nice to meet us when we arrived and answered all of our questions. The owner was also very helpful. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a stay in New York. Cafe One on the corner down from the house were very friendly and got to know some of us by name after having bagels each morning for breakfast. The train was within a few blocks, which made it easy to get around the city. Great neighborhood.

Fantastic location and spacious townhome

We loved staying in this beautiful and spacious home! The owners were very responsive and accommodating, and the home was very clean, had all amenities you could hope for, and it was extremely comfortable for our group. It is very close to excellent food, a grocery store, and the subway. It is even within walking distance to multiple parks and two public swimming pools! We feel so lucky to have found it, and everyone in our group wanted to stay there again!

Fantastic Stay

Our time in Henry's home was fantastic. Beautiful townhome with lots of amenities.

Residential area that was peaceful and a nice refuge from the hustle and bustle of New York City. Very convenient to subway.

All in all the stay was definitely 5 star!!!

We stayed for the week and it was great! We had no issues and the house is beautiful!The owner was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place or any other the owners places to anyone needing to stay in NY!!
