Stylish and authentic Parisienne apartment complete with all modern comforts

A superior, elegant and supremely comfortable 3 bedroom apartment (130m²) located on the first floor of a classic 19th century Haussmann building in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is has been lovingly restored to all its original glory whilst also having all the benefits of modern day living.

The entrance door opens into a hall that links all the living rooms.

The living-room has a beautiful original marble fireplace, sofa, TV & Bluray DVD player, along with two comfortable armchairs and a desktop computer with wifi.

The dining room has an extendable table that sits up to 10 people comfortably and also has an original marble fireplace.

Both the living room and dining room have large windows that open out onto the quiet street below. This is a residential area so there is no problem with noise when the windows are open.

The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, night tables. It has a private bathroom with sink and shower and toilet.

The second and the third bedrooms are also furnished with the king-size beds that can be separated in twin beds. There are full sized built in wardrobes, night tables and sympathetic lighting.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a four gasburner hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and separate washer and dryer.

The second bathroom contains a bathtub/jacuzzi with showerhead, and washbasin. There is plenty of storage space with a well lit mirror with power points for shaving etc. and a towel-drying rack.

There is a separate toilet with sink and mirror.

This beautifully furnished apartment is situated in the 6th/7th district, in the Saint Germain de Près - the most attractive and historic area of the Seine River's Left Bank, the Parisian core of the most chic fashion shops and select restaurants as well as the famous cafes, such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore. This apartment, surrounded by art galleries and some of the most visited sites in Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame and for a slightly longer walk, the Champs d'Elysee and Arc de Triomphe

We live in the UK and regularly travel around the world. We all love (to varying degrees!), arts, culture, languages - and for our boys most importantly, exotic food.

Why Michael & Sonia chose Saint Thomas d'Aquin

We bought this beautiful property as a second home. However, as our boys have gotten older, we sadly use it less as a family. We have though maintained our family tradition of spending the week of Christmas and New Year in Paris.

What makes this apartment unique

The biggest benefit is our location. Everything is either within walking distance or a short ride on the Metro. And after a busy day walking, we have a jacuzzi in which to unwind.

Amazing Girls' only trip!

We had a girls only trip with 6 women to celebrate a 50th birthday and booked this apartment for a week. The location was amazing and the apartment was great. Check in and check out was so easy and Fernando was great. The only reason for a 4 star and not 5 is that the master bath has a shower that's a bit tricky to enter and exit because there wasn't anything to hold onto so make sure to use caution. But other than that, the entire apartment was charming and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The Metro is just a few blocks away and there were tons of charming cafes, bistros and a grocery store very close by. The apartment was spacious enough for 6 adults and would be great for families as well! We would definitely return to this apartment for our next trip! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment!

My family of five Loved this beautiful, cozy, well located flat in Paris. It was my husband and I, my mother, and our two young daughters. Plenty of room, everything we needed in the kitchen, and convenient to so much. Grocery shopping and a gluten free bakery around the corner. I felt at home. Thank you so much for sharing your place!

Magic!

My four high school friends and I had the good fortune to celebrate our 70th birthdays for 9 days, staying in this wonderful apartment! Everything was perfect from the moment we met Fernando, who had arranged our transportation from the airport. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and airy! The street was very quiet. The artwork, books and personal touches made it so comfortable to come “home” to after a long day out! The location is wonderful, just two short blocks to the Metro, and walking distance to some great restaurants in St. Germain Des Prés.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a lovely “home away from home”!

Great location & great apartment

The apartment was in a great location and the inside was perfect (pictures are accurate). We had 3 couples in our group which accommodated us comfortably and the apt was outfitted with everything we needed the trip . Fernando met us at the apt to let us in and show us around as well as pick up the keys when departing (and we had an early flight out too) - he was awesome and super friendly. The location was great - the street was quiet but there were cafes right around the corner and easy walking distance to a lot of different sites. Overall a great experience - I would not hesitate to stay here again when back in Paris.

Splendid Apartment

What a treat to have the privilege to stay in this apartment! We were 6 and it fit us well-superbly appointed with ample sitting area, well appointed kitchen, and great location. The rooms were impeccably clean and the bathrooms felt new and just as if we lived here ourselves. A home away from home for our stay in Paris...we would recommend it highly to anyone. Loved it!!!

Spacious, clean, and convenient - perfect home base from which to enjoy Paris

My family and I stayed in the Nimier's apartment the week of the US Thanksgiving holiday 2017. Our party included four adults (two 70+), as well as two tween-age children. The apartment itself was well furnished, very comfortable, and the location was absolutely fantastic for easy walking to eateries, the metro stop (a few blocks away), and local food shops and brasseries. Grabbing an Uber from this quiet address was incredibly easy and it only took a few minutes for one to arrive; the kids were thrilled with the wifi, and the cellular network access was strong, which is great if you have to fit in a work day or two. The three bedrooms in the apartment had very comfortable beds and linens, and the home was spacious enough to house six people comfortably. The bathrooms were well appointed and it was a luxury to have three bedrooms and two toilets in the apartment itself. There was a washer and dryer in the kitchen which was a blessing with two kids and long days of walking. For my parents, who are very active but still in their 70's, the walk up the stairs wasn't difficult, and there was an elevator available for us if we had needed to use it. The folks with whom we dealt in booking were pleasant and easy. I highly recommend this as a place to stay, and will absolutely seek to stay there again if I return to Paris for an extended time.
