3 Bedroom ground flr corner unit. Everything new. Large balcony, best sunsets!!

Our condo (C-11) is one of the best kept secrets in the Perdido Key/Orange Beach area. We are 200 YARDS from the beach and only 50 yards to one of 2 private piers on Ole River. We are across the street from the beach but it is very close, we have our own private (deeded) boardwalk to the beach. The property has an oversized pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, and grills. C-11 is one of the few Ground Floor, 3 bedroom/2 bath corner units. The balcony is enormous (180 square feet) and is literally feet from Ole River. The views of the sun setting behind Ono Island are incredible (see the attached pictures from our balcony). Everything in C-11 is brand new. There is King, Queen, Bunkbeds, and 2 sleeper sofas. C-11 sleeps 8. Each room has an HD flat screen smart TV (47' TV -Living Room, and 3x 40' TVs in each guest room). Cookware is top of the line and is primarily Calphalon brand. The outdoor chairs are custom made 'counter height' chairs so your view is not obstructed by the balcony railing. Grilling, access to the pool, parking lot and the pier are exceptional from C-11 because of it's corner and ground floor location.

Excellent property! Clean! Had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family of 6! It was spacious, had great storage, large rooms, large patio with a beautiful view, enough seating in living room and dining and a fully stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive and called me several times before our vacation just to see what we needed or if we had questions. He wanted to make sure we were completely prepared. We exchanged texts several times as well. I really appreciated his open communication with me. The condo property was well maintained, clean and had on site (friendly) management. The pool was large and very clean. There was easy access to the beach as well. Only took a couple of minutes to walk across the street. We loved that it wasn't busy at the beach either, like it could be at larger, commercialized condos. We had plenty of space to run and play! We loved being on the bay too! We have a 10 and 12 year old and had a blast crab hunting and fishing. We went to the local fish and tackle shop for traps and even cooked the crab for dinner. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. I felt at "home" here and we will definitely be back! It was Perfect!! Thank you so much, Robert, for a beautiful place to bring my family! We had a blast!!!!

Great communication and very nice condo

Had very good communication with the actual owner of the unit. Condo was exactly as was represented and very clean. Caught crabs and some small fish off dock, and walked to the beach. Crab Shack had happy hour oysters for .75 every evening. Pool wass nice and never crowded.

Only complaint was the traffic. We visited right in the middle of a holiday weekend. Florabama is a bottleneck to the West that backs up. However, just after the holiday, the traffic cleared up. I imagi e traffic was bad everywhere that weekend.

If trust is important, dealing directly with the owner who takes the time to communicate, made us feel preety good. 5 stars.

Amazing place to stay!!

Last year my wife and I spent one week at Sundown Condo Unit C11. After 65 years of marriage, we did not take a honeymoon, never took a vacation. We booked a week at this Condo Unit C11 and we had the time of our life. A week at this beautiful place is a memory maker. I am pleased to say as of 8 Oct. of this year we will be enjoying another week at this location again. I honestly believe it has enhanced our health. I am 87 and my with is 80. Looking forward to this weeks trip has give us a reason to stay happy and healthy. Two people our age are actually excited about enjoying another week is something to see. This will become a yearly bonus for us as we plan to continue doing this for years to come. TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT !

It's a super nice place. Nice big beds, extra room, great appliances (love the smart tv!). I love the bay action, first floorness. Beach so close but u don't have the weirdos walking by at night or partying. It's perfect!

There is something for everyone. We have crabbed off of the pier, kayaked in Old River, had emerald green beach days, skied behind the boat, grilled by the pool and the pier, watched some of the best sunsets over Ono Island, gone to Downtown Pensacola, , etc., etc., etc. You simply have the best of both worlds at Sundown with the bay and the beach. In addition, the beach is never crowded at Sundown. There is no condo across the street and it is almost as if you have your own private beach.

What makes this condo unique

C-11 is one of the few Ground Floor, 3 Bedroom, Corner Units that rent in Sundown. Everything in C-11 is brand new and high quality, from the HV Smart TVs to the rugs in every room. The balcony is oversized and can accommodate all guests for watching a beautiful sunset.


The Crab Trap restaurant is on the beach directly across the street from Sundown Condo. There is easy boat access to the Gulf via Perdido Pass to the west and Pensacola Pass to the east. Pirates' Cove, Sunset Grill, Robertson Island, Hub Stacey's , Tacky Jacks, Cobalt Restaurant, Flora-Bama Yacht Club, Robinson Island, etc.. are all a very short boat ride from Sundown Condo.
