3 Bedroom And 3 Bath In The Best Family Complex in Gulf Shores

If you like beach life, you will love Seashell Sanctuary. This property has it all. You name it, from a wide beach with beautiful water. Pools galore! It has basketball, tennis, horseshoes and shuffleboard. Hot tubs, indoor pool and a workout room and did I mention the beach? From the moment that you turn onto the property and drive down the beautifully landscaped, winding entry road, you will know that you have found something special. Families that discover the Plantation return year after year. It is far enough from the congested condo section of Gulf Shores to benefit from much less crowded beaches yet a nice beautiful drive into town will land you at some of the best restaurants, night life and family entertainment around including water parks, go carts and miniature golf.

Bring the whole family and share the expense. Seashell Sanctuary will sleep 18 people if both sides are rented. The “A” side (VRBO 608340) will sleep 8 and the “B” side (VRBO 608341) will sleep 10. Black-out curtains have been added which adds to the privacy and comfort enjoyed by the guest using the sleeper sofas which feature memory foam toppers for added comfort. The three baths really come in handy for this as well. One of the baths is located on the main level along with the living room and one of the bedrooms. The other two baths are located upstairs with the other two bedrooms. One is, of course, an en suite.

Seashell Sanctuary has been recently renovated and we are constantly making improvements. Some of the latest improvements (2017) are:

New, secured, high speed internet provider. (Huge improvement)

New cable TV provider.

Deck furniture.

All new and larger Smart TVs.

Seashell Sanctuary features three bedrooms and three baths on each side of the house. There are new granite counter tops in the kitchen, and baths along with new mirrors which have added a touch of class to the beach. The furniture was all new in the latest renovation along with the refrigerator, washer and dryer. All of the TVs have been upgraded (2017) with new, improved and larger smart TV's throughout. The living room now has a 55 inch, the master has a 40 inch and the other bedrooms has 40” TVs so that you don't have to miss the big game while you are at the beach. New outdoor furniture on the over-sized deck will allow you to sit in comfort while enjoying your breakfast in the morning, coffee in the afternoon, and wine in the evening while listening to the music of the waves crashing against the sandy shore and watching the children swimming in one of the beautiful, tropically landscaped pools.

We looked at beach property for almost 4 years. We couldn't find a place that the whole family could agree on that is until Seashell Sanctuary at the Plantation. It had everything we wanted and things we never dreamed would be in one package. Our daughter wanted swimming pools. Our son loves to bicycle. My wife wanted a spacious house to entertain and enjoy the family and everyone loves the beach!

Such a gorgeous rental, it’s perfection.

Seaside Sanctuary is the perfect place for us! All the comforts of home, the owners have literally thought of everything and then provided it. We’ve now stayed in both sides, A and B. The house is beautifully appointed and well laid out. From inside to out you have comfortable furniture set in an eye appealing beach motif. Big living room and dining area, big tvs everywhere, well connected and fast cable and internet. All of the beds have comfy mattress, lots of pillows and plenty of nice bedding. Tons of parking no matter how many drive in. You’re 2 minutes to the pool, 3 minutes to the beach... an easy walk to your own private section of gulf beach. If you’re a cook the kitchen is well supplied with China, glassware, cookware, small appliances and utensils. A charcoal grill and bbq tools, two outdoor table and chair sets, 6 adult bicycles, there’s even an outdoor closet with beach chairs and beach toys. The beach has a chair and umbrella concession now where you can rent the padded wooden lounge chairs.(Subject to weather, wind and time of year)

We love the less hectic pace this Fort Morgan area offers our family. The quieter less crowded beach is gorgeous and private, yet it’s only a 15 minute drive to restaurants, fast food and groceries. Fort Morgan itself is a beautiful area to walk, explore and enjoy some beach time. Check out Pines Pizza, Rouse’s Groceries for everything even amazing desserts. The bagged ice vending machine just past the guard shack is another great addition.

This really is a sanctuary. Just perfect for us. We’ll be back again next year. Thanks Darryl for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Modern, extremely clean house that had many extra amenities. Strongly considering coming back soon.

House had a fairly large living room with open dining and kitchen concept. Great for interacting with the family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent and accommodate 9 people.

Owners were very responsive to our correspondence. Great customer service. Also our neighbor (Side A of the building) had a minor issue with their AC and the repair man was on site less than an hour after the call on Sunday afternoon of Labor day weekend.

Highly recommend this house. Beaches were reasonably close, white sands, and not crowded. We plan on booking for next year.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing we had a problem with was the WiFi. Everything was clean and everything there that we needed. I know it was new WiFi but it was not very good. But when you on vacation you should not need it. However my husband has daily duties on the internet whether he is at work or on vacation. The house was beautiful and close to beach and pools. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!!!

At Seashell Sanctuary we welcome guest that are not able to stay the entire week. You can choose to stay 3, 4 or 7 days as long as the partial week begins or ends on a Saturday. We do make exceptions occasionally, especially during off peak seasons. If this policy doesn't fit your schedule please feel free to contact us to discuss it.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
