This beautiful village house is located in a quiet little Pollensa backwater yet within a few minutes walk of all the wonderful attractions the town has to offer. Over the last two years, the house has been fully renovated by the owner and now offers a stunning all year round home in this idyllic environment. Laid out over two floors, the house offers a sunny, bright interior and a fabulous west facing patio garden and first floor terrace - perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine!

  • The shower rooms and bathroom all have mixer taps on the sinks and storage below. Bathroom towels and bath mats will be supplied for each bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor located off the dining area. Perfect if you are outside enjoying the garden. The shower attachment in the family bathroom is there for hair washing, not for a full stand up shower.

  • Master bedroom - 1 Large Double Bed , 1 Cot , Spacious master bedroom with space for a cot if required.
    Second bedroom - 2 Single Bed , This room will be set up as a twin with two single beds.
    Third bedroom - 1 Double Bed , This room has close access to the family bathroom.
  • The beds will all be fully made up with freshly laundered bed linen and the necessary duvets or throws (season depending). The pillows supplied are feather so please advise if this causes a problem. The second bedroom will be set up as a twin bedroom with two single beds therefore perfect for children to share. A cot and the applicable linen is available upon request. This can easily be placed in the large master bedroom or likewise in either of the two other bedrooms.

If there´s anything we can help with in terms of organising fun days out or a special activity then please don´t hesitate to ask. We are very knowledgeable on the local area and can certainly do our best. The house is so well situated as a base camp for a total chill out and relax holiday or indeed an action packed hiking or cycling trip. Please note that if you request the pool heating option at 200€ per week, this will heat the water but the pool temperature is dependent on the outdoor air temperature. The water will only be heated by about 3-5 degrees higher than the outdoor air temperature.

Courtyard a little hot in 36o but air con in house very efficient. Guess it would be a lovely sun trap in Spring and Autumn. Jane very helpful.

Fantastic week in a beautiful home!

Stayed here for a week with our two young daughters and loved every moment. It felt like we were at home with everything you could wish for. Thank you Victoria and Jane for all the hard work you put in, the welcome pack was amazing and very much appreciated as we didn't have to run to a supermarket as soon as we arrived. The house was absolutely stunning, clean and with all amenities you could need and more. The pool was fantastic and our girls loved to be in it constantly. We easily walked into the square for meals or just to have a wander, we would recommend to anyone and would absolutely love to visit again, thank you x

Just fantastic, stylish, great welcome and location just perfect

This house is a real gem, the best we have stayed in and has a quality and style that would not go amiss in a 5* hotel. Beautifully coordinated with useful space a small pool and good sized bedrooms. A welcome pack like no other that provided lunch and breakfast alongside a few refreshments such as wine, beer, cava and canned soft drinks. Jane met us and was so welcoming and always available, pleasingly we did t need her help but it was great knowing the support was there if needed. Well equipped with sharp knives! Coffee maker, kettle, teapot and just about everything you could ask for, even non stick pans that were no stick.

So the house was fantastic, clean, and just beautifully designed. Add a location which was great for a meal out in the evening through to day trips to the coast or mountains and for us it was just a fantastic break.

A real find that kept a family of 5 very happy. You know you are onto a winner when you walk in and the teenage kids say wow!

This is a beautiful and well located house in Pollensa.

We are not first timers to the beautiful town of Pollensa on the island of Mallorca and are aware of how hot the summers get and thus we were very adamant about renting a house with air conditioning and a pool. We rented this house 7 months in advance knowing that houses with air condition and swimming pools are a big demand for summer days.

The very special week of June 17-25, 2017 arrived and we were welcome with a beautiful house, well located with NO working air conditioning, a pool that at first view the water was milky white and explain to us that it was “Just been clean but will be clear by the evening”. Turn out to be GREEN, URSANITASER DIRTY AND UNUSABLE and worse of all hotels and houses were booked for the whole week and this house was simply not in either working or enjoyable conditions.

I hope this problems that ruined my “WELL PLANNED IN ADVANCE RENT” has been fixed to the benefit of the next renters.

Pollensa is a beautiful historic town located in the North of Mallorca yet within a short (approximately 1hr) drive from the international airport of Palma de Mallorca. The town has a wonderful local community and is full of fabulous Mediterranean restaurants, a bustling Artesan Sunday morning market and a fantastic array of cafes and bars. There truly is something for everyone in the family - we are surrounded by the impressive Tramuntana mountain range which offer amazing opportunities to hike, run, mountain bike and spend the night in a tiny little Refugi. The beaches are wonderful and bays like those found in Cala San Vicente and Formentor are simply stunning! Water sports are a plenty in the neighbouring town of Puerto Pollensa and on arriving towards Alcudia the opportunities to windsurf, paddle board, kite surf and generally just enjoy the Med are all there!
