Why Irene Solinas chose Sassari
This house was built by my grand parents from the 1955 to the 1960. It is 150 square meters. It has a large kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, and a big living room with large windows on the garden. There are three double bedrooms each with two single beds, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms. The house is fully furnished. Right outside the villa there is a swimming pool. One side is shallow (1 meter), the other rather deep (3 meters). All around the villa there is a beautiful garden of 20,000 square meters with olive trees, orange trees and pine trees. The villa is inside the property of our family and my parents live close by in an other villa. The house can guest maximum 9 people. The house is not available from the beginning of December till the end of March. The parc is alive! Three small dogs are free to run in the parc and are always looking for people to play with. They are harmless and very friendly.

A fantastic holiday for our family - a very friendly welcome and lots of helpful tips for great places to visit and see, which we took up and really improved our holiday. The house, gardens and pool are fantastic! Thank you to Irene & family for your hospitality - if we are in the area, we will definitely stay again!

easter holiday in Sassari
we had a great stay in the villa, extremely spacious inside and outside. The help of the family, both before and during the holiday was very much appreciated. Unfortunately it was still too cold to test the pool, but it looked very good!
would definitely recommend this villa, also good location for exploring north-east sardinia.
Very friendly & kind family, absolutely not noisy, orderly and punctual for payments and schedules. Really nice.
We were very pleasure to know them and we were happy they appreciated the oranges harvested directly from plants. Definitely we recommend them and hope to see them again one day.
"We had a very nice stay,...
"We had a very nice stay, although we would like to come back once again in summer. We went to Sardinia at the very end of October, which was already quite cold for such type of holiday.
Owners of the house are adorable people. Very kind, helpful and friendly. Fantastic garden, you can eat everything you find in it(actually we tasted some fruits we never tried before!). Very sweet dogs and cats.
Big house, perfect for the bigger groups. We only missed the baby cot (as we were with the 2,5 year old child) and we thought some older furniture should be replaced.
Must see - Stintino beach. Beautiful place! As well as Alghero and the capital Cagliari - very nice places.
Thank you, Irene & the family!"
Arrive by boat or air plaine, you need a car to arrive at our house and to go to Sardinia beaches.

Alghero soul was never fully sardinian. Founded by Dorians in the 12th century to protect the mercantile traffic with Genoa, in 1354 he Aragonese conquered it. populated by the Catalans, it remained in iberians hands for over 350 years, giving it its half-Spanish character. Today it is called little Barcelona, with the movida animating its nightlife. Numerous art corners are found in the old town, starting at piazza Civica, along various buildings and churches, from which the polychromatic and majolica tiled San Micele symbol-cupola stands out.
