EXCEPTIONAL / ICONIC LOCATION: Apartment literally at the feet of the Eiffel Tower.

For 5 people, sleeps 5. Maximum 6.

July 2016: The apartment has just been completely renovated.

BEST DISTRICT:

You will stay in the best area of Paris, the apartment is located on the frontier of Arrondissement 7 and of Arrondissement 15: Ideal location to visit the Paris' main touristic places by walk or metro. So, if you want to visit Paris by walk, you will definitely choose this place!

Plus you will live in a very high level standing district, very secured (equivalent to NYC Central Park East side).

SURFACE: 40 Square Meters = 431 Square Feet. (40 m2 = 431 Ft2). Large enough for 4 to maximum 5 people.

2 Elevators.

Free Wi-Fi. High speed Internet.

All linen provided (Beds and bath).

About my flat: This is not a studio but a small apartment where the kitchen wall and door have been partly removed to gain more light in the living area, and replaced with a Bar. Thus, the living area stays separate from the Kitchen by a Bar and the bedding area stays separate from the kitchen by a wall. This Apartment also has an Entrance and a large Bathroom with a real bath tub, all things you never find in apartment in Paris. The apartment looks like exactly to my pictures.

The interior of the Building has been renewed in 2014 and the apartment in August 2016.

BEDDING: 3/5 beds for 4/5 people:

• 1 King size sofa bed (180X200 cm) for 2 people, Sleeps 2, comfortable and very easy to open and close.

• 1 Queen size sofa bed (140X190 cm) for 2 people, Sleeps 2, comfortable and very easy to open and close. It is brand new!

• 1 mezzanine bed (90X190 cm) for either 1 adult or 2 children, located on the mezzanine. Access with a secure ladder. Kids friendly, kids adore to stay on the mezzanine.

• 2 extra mattresses (80X190 cm) without bed frame, to put on the floor, each for 1 people only, Sleeps 1 or 2.

Perfect for a family with 1 or 2 kids or 3, 4, (maximum 5 adults for a short stay).

APARTMENT DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

I took all the pictures myself, so they are not optimized by special effects made by a professional, and all the outside ones have been taken in the 30 yards around of the apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown on my pictures and it is clean, bright, quiet and secured.

The rooms' distribution is fine:

- 1 ENTRANCE with cabinets and wardrobes

- 1 LIVING AREA separate from the Kitchen by a Bar

- 1 KITCHEN with a Bar

- 1 BEDDING AREA in the living area separate from the Kitchen by a wall

- 1 BATHROOM with 1 large Bath & Shower + 1 Toilet

- A PARKING space: €18/Day. No need of booking in advance.

YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT for the proposed price (not a single room as in many ads).

I have removed all my own personal belongings so you will have the entire space for your own personal belongings.

You will find the place exactly as you see it on my pictures.

I am the owner, I will stay available for any assistance and I speak English fluently.

Apartment in a modern style building.

Located at the 2nd floor with direct and quick access with 2 elevators or stairs. The right elevator (check my pictures) is very large adapted to wheelchairs and child strollers.

CLEAN: Apartment is clean and interior of the building freshly renewed. At the end of stay, a deep cleaning of the apartment is always made by a professional. I will ask you for Cleaning Fee like for every Guest because you benefit of the deep cleaning paid by the previous Guest.

QUIET: View on a large quiet green Courtyard.

BRIGHT: Orientation South West + Large double doors French windows let in plenty of sun light all day long.

SECURE: Highly secured under the supervision of 2 Janitors living in the 1st floor of the building. Access to the building controlled by 2 doors with digital codes (Access security pass provided). Video monitoring by the 2 janitors. Phone in the Lobby in order to call directly the apartment. The apartment door is blinded with security fittings/A 7 locks system with 1 key only.

I have chosen to live here because of its very central location. That way I do not need to drive a car in Paris and I can easily walk to all my favourite places. Indeed I wanted to live in a nice, quiet and secure district, as close as possible from the Eiffel Tower. Because I love watching the Eiffel Tower when I cross the Park Champs-de-mars nearby, especially at night because the way the tower is light makes a magnificent show every night! I love Paris and staying close to the Eiffel Tower makes me feel that I am at the right place. Indeed I like to live near a park because I love nature, space and running in a park.

The great place we had hoped for!

There were 5 of us staying here, 3 young children staying for 5 nights. We arrived very early in the morning and were able to drop our suitcases off while the apartment was prepared for us. I loved the fact that the supermarket is downstairs and that the lift is big enough for our pushchair. The metro is really close, as are some bus lines. The apartment is very quiet at night and is as clean as in the photos. This is a safe area. I recommend this place for its locality - super close to the Eiffel Tower - and in the heart of tourist Paris. No need to rent a car here - we did everything on foot. Eric is the guy who greeted us when we arrived as Emmanuel was away at the time. Eric was very helpful and even drove us to the airport when we left. I have highly recommended this place to my friends and we hope to return some day too.

Fantastic location so close to the Eiffel Tower

The apartment was quite small for the five of us but the location was fantastic and a great place to base ourselves for our exploring of Paris. The supermarket downstairs was great and there was also a bakery in the next street (fresh croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast and still got!). Metro close by and very easy to get around quickly and close to a lot of tourist attractions. We had a great stay in Paris.

The location of the apartment was good. It was very close to the Eiffel Tower and there was a grocery store downstairs. A couple of the appliances were new, however, the beds/sheets need replacement-very old & tired. It was pretty tight for 5 people, but if you're planning to be out all day, and just need a place to sleep & shower, it's ok. The owner was very responsive when arranging to rent and Erick was very helpful in providing transportation to/from the airport (for an additional fee). Erick showed us the apartment as well as pointing out some of the sights along the way when he picked us up from the airport. If the beds and sheets/blankets were replaced, I'd consider staying here again despite the tight fit.

This apartment is a pearl

Our family keep in mind 2 big ++: it's a lovely apartment ideally located

The apartment was entirely refreshed, fully repaint when we arrived; actually they ended the works just when we arrived, so we had the chance to stay in a clean and lovely place even if we spent our first night with the smell of the fresh paint but it was over the following day :)) The owner told us that he changed the decoration, and we loved it.

The neighborhood is great: Plenty of good restaurants and subway nearby.

Meets the need

Seriously needs to be deep cleaned! The blankets and pillows were stained & need to be replaced. The apartment it's self is small, but it fit our party of 5 perfectly, we could have squeezed more of needed. I would recommend catching a cab not the shuttle service provided it was a €20-30 can ride from the train station and he charged us double. Just an FYI if your not familiar with the area.

Owner's Response: The apartment has been fully reniewed since your departure, it looks now brand new! But anyway, I don't understand why you point out the blankets and pillows: you arrived at 1:00 AM at night, you stayed only 1 night because you were in transit, and when the apartment manager has proposed you to help you to set the beds you said NO because you were too much tired and decided to sleep directly on the couchs. You used the covers and the cushions of the couchs, not the blankets and the pillows for the sleep! They stayed in the cabinet! Of course the cushions and covers of the couchs have spots, people sit on it every day, verse drinks and food on it, etc. You were supposed to open the couchs and set the beds with the proper bed sheets and blankets located in the closet. Why dont' you say that you made a special request to stay longer the following day and that to please you, I granted you to stay until 2:00 PM when the check out time is normally 11:00... About the shuttle, you are the first one to complain about it. The apartment manager was waiting for you until 1:00 AM (you supposed to arrive at 11:00 PM) and it was the 14th of July, a bank holiday, the most important in France because (it is our independance day). No one work that night and the apartment manager picked you up late at night; He had no bank holyday. Then when you arrived all my district and the streets around were closed to traffic because there was the big Eiffel tower show on the park nearby; The apartment manager had to do twice more drive than usually to find a free access road. So when you arrive a bank holiday at 1:00 am with 2 hours late, and when your driver drives you twice more longer than usual because all the roads are closed, it is normal to pay more than a regular day, at a regular time, for the usual distance. Without him, a 14th July at night you would have never found a cab; nerver in Paris.

Loveky apartment! Excellent location.

Emmanuel's apartment were great for our family with 3 teens. It is small (but of course that is Paris), but there was enough space to accommodate all of us. The location is excellent. The place is very quite and peaceful. The check-in/out process was seamless. Eric, Emmanuel's house keeper was very nice, helpful and very easy to communicate. We would definitely recommend Emmanuel's place and would come there again.
