About Jeffery Tipton
Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, my family always enjoyed getting out of the heat in the summer and visiting the snow in the winter.
Jeffery Tipton purchased this Cabin in 2013
Why Jeffery Tipton chose Heber-Overgaard
I've always loved the Heber area, and back in the 1960's, my uncle had a cabin and we would love coming up to get out of the the heat.
What makes this Cabin unique
There currently are no neighbors to either side of the cabin, and with it backing up to the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest, it is very serene and private.

Great cabin on the edge of the woods!
Loved the cabin and property! All night long our first night we could elk bugling and mewing. The cabin was nicely appointed, and is located just a few miles from Heber Overgaard. I would have no hesitation to rent this cabin again.
Left a lot to be desired
This cabin / house is in a terrific location, right next to the National Forest. The house although clean showed signs of obvious recent partial repainting. The house / all rooms were nicely furnished, with most anything you would expect. Both main floor bedrooms lacked adequate cooling. Master bedroom has sliding glass door, but either you listen to the vertical blind racket all night because they didn't operate properly, or if there was no evening breeze it was just not sufficient cooling, and if you left the sliding glass door closed, there was no cooling except from the bedroom door, in either case, insufficient. The carpeting was clean but wavey, it needed to be stretched and trimmed throughout.
Bathrooms were nice and clean when we arrived.
It was a beautiful location, but I would not recommend it to my friends primarily because of inadequate cooling of bedrooms.
Thanks for the response Daniel.....we will look into installing a centralized A/C system in the property.
The cabin was everything the owner described and then some. This place is well decorated and very clean. We will be back very soon.
