Super vacances en famille

Location bien adaptée pour plusieurs familles: proximité des gîtes mais aussi grands espaces qui facilitent le désir de se retrouver en plus petit nombre parfois

Grande déception

Rénovation à minima ( peinture et aménagement des combles) Electroménager non renouvelé : plaques électriques qui dysfonctionnent , machine à laver vieillissante Salle de bain principale inutilisable : la peinture de revêtement du bac à douche s'écaille , odeur d'égout. Chambre principale très humide : nous n'y avons dormi qu'une nuit. Les combles sont adaptés aux enfants non aux adultes notamment la cabine de douche de la salle de bain est minuscule. Nous avons écourté notre séjour ! Absence totale d'assistance d'Abritel dans la gestion du contentieux !

Cadre très agréable

Logement au calme en pleine campagne, entouré de prairie avec un jardin clos sous les arbres, fort agréable. Nous avons découvert d'autres sites : Tourtoirac, Canoë sur L'Auvezere, Hautefort...compter 20min de voiture, plus pour aller vers les autres sites du Périgord. Il y a plein de randonnée dans les environs, même au départ du gîte. Les qualités du logement sont essentiellement l'extérieur. L'intérieur est propre mais les équipements sont vieillissants ( machine à laver, électroménager) et la literie n'est pas confortable. Micheline nous accueille avec le sourire et de bons conseils pour les randonnées ou autre. Elle est très disponible.

vacances agréables

Maison sympathique, accueillante, au calme, bien entretenue, confortable. Peut-être revoir l'équipement . Nous a personnellement manqué : cafetière traditionnelle, planche à découper, quantité insuffisante de verres (mais Micheline nous a dépannés). Sinon rien à redire. Nombreuses découvertes dans les environs.
