3 rooms Apartment with Beds for 6 people: 6 people can sleep in 3 different rooms because the Apartment gets 2 bedrooms (Sleeps 4) and 1 living room with a sofa-bed (Sleeps 2).

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION / BEST DISTRICT:

The apartment is situated really at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, in the Best area of Paris, located on the frontier of Arrondissement 7 and of the Arrondissement 15.

July 2016: The apartment has just been completely renovated.

Surface: 90 Square Meters = 1000 Square Feet. (90 m2 = 1000 Ft2).

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION / BEST DISTRICT:

You are located very centrally, in the nicest district of Paris, really at the feet of the Eiffel Tower, a very beautiful and very safe place. The Eiffel Tower is located in the park Champs-de-Mars and the apartment is located at the edge of it. This is a perfect location to visit the Paris main tourist places by walk or metro. So, if you want to visit Paris by walk, you will definitely choose this place! Plus you will live in a very high level standing district (equivalent to NYC Central Park East side).

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

I took all the pictures myself, so they are not optimized by special effects made by a professional, and all the outside ones have been taken in the 50 yards around of the apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown on my pictures and it is clean, bright, quiet and safe.

The rooms' distribution is perfect (you can check it on my picture of its plan):

- 1 ENTRANCE (large enough to allow me to install my office)

- 1 LIVING-ROOM with 1 sofa-bed Sleeps 2 adults.

- 1 KITCHEN

- 2 BEDROOMS: 1 master bedroom with 1 King size bed Sleeps 2 adults and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds Sleeps 2 adults or kids, kids friendly. kids welcome.

- 1 TOILET separate

- 1 BATHROOM with 1 Bath & Shower

- A PARKING space may be provided: €18/Day.

All Utilities included – All Furnished – All Fitted.

YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT for the proposed price. I will not remove my own personal belongings but you will have enough space for your own personal belongings. You will find the place as you see it on my pictures.

I am the owner, The apartment manager Eric and I will stay available for any assistance during the time of your stay and we both speak English fluently.

Apartment in a modern style building.

Located at the 2nd floor with direct and quick access with 2 elevators or stairs. The right elevator (check my pictures) is very large adapted to wheelchairs and child strollers.

CLEAN: Apartment is clean and interior of the building freshly renewed (2014). At the end of stay, a deep cleaning of the apartment is always made by a professional. I will ask you for Cleaning Fee like for every Guest because you benefit of the deep cleaning paid by the previous Guest.

QUIET: View on a large quiet green Courtyard.

BRIGHT: Orientation South West + Large double doors French windows let in plenty of sun light all day long.

SAFE: High security under the supervision of 2 Janitors living in the 1st floor of the building. Access to the building controlled by 2 doors with digital codes (Access security pass provided). Video monitoring by the 2 janitors. Phone in the Lobby in order to call directly the apartment.

BEDDING DESCRIPTION: Very comfortable up to 6 people in 3 separated rooms:

- 1 MASTER BEDROOM with 1 King size bed Sleeps 2 people (180cmX190cm).

- 1 BEDROOM with 2 separated beds Sleeps 2 people: 1 Mezzanine bed (90cmX190cm) accessible with a secured bed ladder + 1 lower bed with an electric bed frame to adjust the mattress position (90X190cm), Kids friendly. Kids adore sleeping on the top bed and to play with the electric bed frame of the lower bed.

- 1 LIVING-ROOM with 1 Queen Size Sofa-bed Sleeps 2 people (160cmX190cm).

All bed and bath linen is provided for 6 people.

Hello dear Guest! I am the owner of this apartment and I am born Parisian. I did Assas University then La Sorbonne University and got 2 PhD, one in Law and one in Economic siences. I have been travelling a lot all my life, for fun as much as for my work. I worked as a manager in a famous American firm based in California, later in an Australian one, then in a German company. I have lots of American friends everywhere in USA and all over the World. I have travelled a lot in USA, a country that I love. I also have family living in Australia which I consider as a marvellous country as well.

I have chosen to live here since 2000 because of its very central location. That way I do not need to drive a car in Paris and I can easily walk to all my favourite places. Indeed I wanted to live in a nice, quiet and safe district, as close as possible from the Eiffel Tower. Because I love watching the Eiffel Tower when I cross the Park Champs-de-mars nearby, especially at night because the way the tower is light makes a magnificent show every night! Indeed I like to live near a park because I love space and nature.

nice apartement in the middle of paris - good base to discover the city

the apartement is nice and pretty comfortable.

it is calm and has a special parisian vibrancy. it is very near to the tour eiffel, you can visit all points of interest and all attractions by walking. it is a good starting point to discover paris.

the owner is friendly and has a good organisation. his recommendations are fine.

Very comfortable.

Our family of 4 stayed here very comfortably in September. It was warm so we slept with the windows open, the whole complex was so quiet. Very nice neighborhood, it had everything we needed nearby: grocery store, metro, cafes, halal restaurants, bike rental, Eiffel Tower. I could have used some more closet space, somewhere to put the suitcases. Other than that it was lovely. And Eric, the manager, was great and very helpful.

Fantastic location, wonderful apartment and very atttive service from Eric!

A lovely apartment in a charming neighborhood in the shadows of the Eiffel Tower. The convince of a supermarket on the ground floor, a very nice bakery and butcher shop across the street made our stay very easy.

The Sunday and Wedesday market under the elevated Metro made shopping a real pleasure.

The apartment was beautifully appointed with a great kitchen, living room / dining room and comfortable sleeping arrangements for (6). A short walk to (2) Metro stops made for easy access to all the sights of Paris. Emmanuel's suggestions for dining in the neighborhood were spot on and made for great memories.

A special thanks to Eric who's special attention to all our needs made our stay so enjoyable. Also, we would like to thank Emmanuel Auffray for sharing this wonderful home in paris with our group.

Decent apartment walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro

The apartment was accurately represented, however, the owner's very large collection of personal items makes the space feel confining and smaller in real life. The kitchen is not very up-to-date. It is not 3 bedrooms, it is 2 bedrooms, plus a pull-out couch in the Living Room. The location is good, with 2 Metro stations and lots of cafes nearby.

Great location only a couple minutes walks to the Eifel tower!

This was a wonderful place to stay during our vacation to Paris for my family of 5. The location was wonderful! Emmanuel (the owner) was great to work with and responded to questions quickly. Our only negative experience was that the apartment was not ready when we got there at check in time so we had to wait.

Great location

We were 5 adults who stayed for the weekend. The location was the best! We loved being so close to the Eiffel Tower and surrounding area. The apartment was fine for us to all fit comfortably. European apartments are small so we weren't surprised. It was exactly as advertised . The beds, linens, quietness, non smoking, etc were all good! Very organized with info for recommendations and how to use things. Elevator was nice for elderly . Erick was thorough in his check in and check out for us. We felt safe.
