Ideally located in the centre of a mountain village but with easy access (12 km) to Briançon a historical, cultural and commercial centre. The valley of Serre Chevalier offers outstanding downhill, off-piste, snow-board and cross-country skiing while the mountains and glaciers of the Ecrins National Park are renowned for their mountaineering possibilities.

"This was an very well appointed and comfortable apartment which more than met the Owners' description. A quiet location at the edge of the vilage of Le Monetier with good access to ski-ing and excellent walking (we had non-skiers in the party) as well as the restaurants and local shops of Le Monetier very close by. A lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. All the administrative arrangements were conducted efficently and cordially by the owner in person.

Le Monetier is an interesting village and there is easy access by using the ski-bus to the other Serre Che resorts or by car further afield.

Highly recommended in my opinion."

Ideal apartment in perfect location

This apartment is ideally situated in Monetier village - 2 minutes from the boulangeries, little supermarkets, restaurants and other shops. It is a few minutes walk downhill to the slopes although we used our car as it is easy to park near the lifts and definitely more straightforward with children. There is a great balcony with a wonderful view of the high peaks and glaciers as well as a view on the slopes. The apartment has absolutely everything you could need - it is simply really well thought through, particularly in terms of the kitchen which has a good range of pans, a toaster, coffee machine and knives that actually cut stuff! Arrangements and communications with the owners were the best we have experienced - rapid responses to questions and all really straightforward but also welcoming. As regular visitors to Monetier we cannot recommend this more highly for its combination of value, location and facilities.

Séjour parfait dans cet appartement hyper bien situé (dans le village, avec la supérette a 2mn et au pied des pistes!) , hyper lumineux et hyper bien équipé (c était appréciable d avoir une machine à laver le linge et....une cocotte minute! :-)

Tres spacieux nous etions pas les uns sur les autres : rare dans les locations de ski....

Petit bémol : l accès au local a ski pas hyper pratique mais comme on peut louer une consigne a skis au pied des pistes c est encore mieux! Par contre si on veut y laisser ses chaussures aussi : penser à reserver avant votre séjour! J ai trouvé ce concept génial!

Bref....on reviendra au même endroit!

Séjour plus qu'agréable, appartement superbe!

L'appartement qui compte 3 chambres est idéal pour les 2 couples que nous étions car chaque chambre comporte une salle de bains- toilettes et se trouve totalement indépendante grâce à une porte coulissante qui isole du séjour cuisine commun. La 3ème chambre avec lits superposés est également spacieuse et peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. L'appartement bénéficie d'un équipement de bon niveau, le balcon offre une vue magnifique sur la montagne à 3500 mètres et les glaciers. Il reste à bonne température même pendant la canicule. Quartier très calme situé à 150 m des supérettes, cafés, restaurants, cinéma, thermes et autres magasins du Monêtier qui est un bourg de caractère montagnard où il fait bon se promener le soir. En tant que randonneurs, nous aimons cette montagne qui offre de nombreux itinéraires avec lacs, vues splendides sur le mont blanc, les Ecrins et la possibilité d'aller en vallée étroite, vallée de la Clarée, Vallouise, Massif des Cerces et du grand Galibier tout proche. Visite de Briançon à 10 ou 15 km. Mr. John PROTAS, le propriétaire, est soucieux de la bonne qualité du séjour de ses locataires. Nous avons aimé cet appartement qui a contribué à la beauté de nos vacances dans une région que nous fréquentons pourtant depuis plus de 20 ans. N'hésitez pas, nous vous le recommandons chaudement.

Bel appartement rendant le séjour agréable

Très agréable, bien équipé et bien situé ; la disposition avec des chambres un peu isolées et deux belles salles de bains est très commode. nous avons fait un séjour très plaisant. Nous suggérons, pour pouvoir alléger les bagages, que soit inclus à l'avenir le linge de maison (draps et serviettes).
