This sunny, quiet 3 bedroom apartment is on the penthouse level (6th floor with elevator) and is situated in a residential district, close to the historic centre. It has a very spacious terrace and private car park (on request). It has recently been refurnished and repainted and is provided with air conditioning (not included in rental rate).

There are 3 double bedrooms (one of which also has a single bed), and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). There is also an open plan kitchen/living room with a TV, a dining area and a sofa bed for two.

The flat can accommodate a 6 to 9 people. The terrace has a table for 8 and it is perfect for outdoor meals or for relaxing after a busy day in Rome.

Hi, I'm Danila, as a person I’m dynamic (sometimes even too much), I love children, animals, gardening (if you decide to book your vacations with us you’ll see!), I love traveling and I love this job!

I like to meet people, to talk to them, and sometimes, why not, keep in touch! It is truly fulfilling when, after spending a vacation in one of our places, people get back to me and let me know that they have had a good time!

I can not always meet my guests in person (I divide my time between Rome and Tuscany, where we have a farm), but I personally answer to their questions, take care of their request and organize their sojourn. I’m glad when people decide to spend their vacation in our beautiful country, that I love so much, and I try to help them making the best of it!

Why danila corinti chose Rome

I bought this apartment for my daughter, not as an 'investment', so it has been chosen with love and care... Unfortunately she then moved to another city, and we decided to rent it. It is, bright, cozy, extremely quiet. It 'been renovated and furnished to be a real 'home' and is kept with love and care.

What makes this apartment unique

Two things made me fall in love with this apartment: First of all the light. Until the early hours of the morning sun floods, and not leave the apartment until evening. The large windows allow light to enter the house and give a magical atmosphere. The second is the silence. When you buy a house, generally, you have to choose: or comfort, or silence.

Here you can have both, you can find all you need walking distance: bank, post office, transportation, market, restaurants, bars, shops, but as soon as you enter the courtyard you realize that the street noises do not have access, the silence is 'perfect'.

Lovely apartment, lovely owner

We had a very good time; the apartment was exactly as described, clean, well kept, full of sunlight. It was also quite spacious, even more than we expected looking at the pictures. The area was nice, served by public transports, and quite full of shops, supermarkets and very good cafes.

The owner (Danila) was very nice and helpful, one of our kids got the flu with very high fever and she helped us finding a pediatrician, a pharmacy open on Sunday, and also helped us translating the instructions of the medicine, because we had a few question and don’t speak Italian!

A very nice place

The apartment was very nice, cozy and full of light; we always had breakfast and dined on the terrace. The surrounding area was nice and full of Roman life: lots of shops, excellent cafes, and supermarkets. If we didn’t feel like cooking there was an excellent pizza place just outside the building, for eat in or takeaway. Connection to the old center was fast and most of all straightforward!! Five minutes walking to the “over ground subway” and then in 15 to 20 minutes you’re in Venezia Suqare.

Owner's Response: Nel nostro lavoro avere buone recensioni è fondamentale, ma non è solo per questo che ci adoperiamo affinché i nostri ospiti si sentano a casa loro e conservino un buon ricordo della loro vacanza a Roma. E' invece piuttosto il contribuire alla buona riuscita della loro vacanza nella nostra città che è tanto bella, ma, a volte, un po' difficile da vivere. Roma è grande e il traffico, il rumore, la difficoltà nei collegamenti possono "offuscare", in parte, il piacere di soggiornarvi. La nostra casa, così tranquilla, silenziosa e ben collegata mette i nostri ospiti in condizione di iniziare le proprie vacanze "con il piede giusto". Averne conferma dalle loro parole è la nostra più grande soddisfazione. Grazie

Bell’appartamento, ben tenuto, grande soprattutto. Siamo stati per l’8 dicembre. La zona anche ci è piaciuta, tanti negozi se vuoi fare una passeggiata nei dintorni, supermercati pizzerie e rosticcerie se una sera non ti va di uscire ma non ti va di cucinare! Era anche ben collegato con il cento storico. Per raggiungere piazza Navona (meta favorita per i mercatini di Natale!) ed altri punti “strategici” ti siedi su un tram, non devi cambiare e in poco sei li.

we loved it

Very nice place, very spacious, full of light and very comfy. We had an excellent time there, dined on the terrace when we stayed in, and felt quite at home. Transportation was easy and straightforward (for Rome is quite uncommon). A tram takes you directly to the heart of the city, no changes, never stuck in traffic cause of the fast track. Nice way to spend your time in Rome!

"Pas de bains à remous, p...

"Pas de bains à remous, pas de lecteur DVD, pas de parasol, pas de table à repasser, la cuisine n'est pas indépendante, l’orientation n’est pas au sud-ouest et les clefs ne sont pas remises par le propriétaire.

Dysfonctionnements: Les plombs sautent dès que le lave-vaisselle, ou bien le lave linge, fonctionne:Il faut sans cesse ré-enclencher les contacteurs du tableau électrique qui sont souvent chauds; les matelas et couettes sont sales, voire moisis ; le sani-broyeur et le lave-linge refoulent dans la douche (si petite qu’elle est inutilisable); le lampadaire du salon tient debout parce qu'il est coincé par le canapé ; 2 fenêtres ne sont pas étanches ; un volet roulant cassé est à manipuler à la main; un pied de la table de jardin est cassé; 4 prises murales sont cassées ou sortent du mur ; l'abattant des toilettes n'est pas fixé ; des trous dans le mur de la salle de bain sont masqués par des cartons punaisés...

Dans la cuisine de cet appartement pour 9 personnes, il n'y a qu'un torchon, 6 petites cuillères, des couverts au manche déboité, pas de plat à four, pas de planche à découper, une cafetière pour 2 tasses, une bouilloire avec 1cm de calcaire au fond, 2 poêles inutilisables, 3 saladiers fêlés, une poche plastique collée dans le congélateur...

Points positifs : La situation dans Rome, les indications touristiques du loueur, la place de parking et la clarté de l’appartement.

Malgré cela, les prestations sont inacceptables et pas du tout en rapport avec le montant du loyer !"

This bright, silent and spacious penthouse is situated in the Monteverde district, one of the most beautiful residential areas of the Eternal City. An area that combines the convenience of being very close to the historical center of Rome with the staying in an extremely quiet street. The area is served by Bus Number 44 that goes to Piazza Venezia and by the Light-metrothe Number 8 (just a 5 minute walk from the house) that goes to Largo Argentina and Piazza Venezia. Many of the worthiest historic sights of Rome are within easy walking distance from these 2 central locations.

Things to do and see in the area: a walk to the top of the Janiculum hill (from Piazzlea Garibaldi you can enjoy a spectacular and romantic view of the city). Il Fontanone (Gianicolo's fountain) the one seen at the beginning of the film "La grande bellezza". The church of S.Pietro in Montorio, by the architect Bramante (the church is built on the spot where, according to the legend, S Peter was crucified). The Basilica of S.Pancrazio and the catacombs built underneath it. Villa Doria-Pamphili and the surrounding park, and Villa Sciarra, the first among the Roman villas to be opened to the public. At night, the adjoining and lively district of Trastevere offers a wide choice of pubs wine bars and restaurants.
