FABULOUS VIEWS AND LARGE POOL WITH SECLUDED GARDEN IN QUIET RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OF PORTOPI

Met by the very welcoming owner at this comfortable 4th floor apartment ( in small block of approx 20 flats) and shown around. Beautifully situated spacious 2 bed flat with jacuzzi bathroom ensuite to master bedroom and smaller shower room near second twin bedroom. Homely and comfortable interior with lovely paintings by owner, not 5 star anonomity. Amazing (more than 5 star) views over Palma, Portopi harbour and top of Cala d'or from balcony seating 4. Another definite highlight is the well tended, spacious and secluded communal garden with large pool and sunbeds. We are not demanding people as we have spent some hols camping and found the kitchen more than adequate with washing machine and dishwasher(though it needs a kettle for us tea drinkers and a microwave would be handy which the v helpful owner says she will supply). Carrefour supermarket 15 mins down steep hill - we were grateful for the lift to the apartment at the end! Our teenagers loved the proximity to shops and bars of Portopi which allowed independence as well as the pool, garden and great Wifi. We loved that you could walk into Palma historic centre within 50 mins along the seafront and taxi back for less than 10 €. Visited the cathedral , ate at the fabulous Cafe Murada restaurant (book first or eat early) and were back to see the cruise liners leave from the balcony at 11pm. It was perfect for us overall and we hope to revisit soon.

Perfect base to explore Palma

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Comfy beds, very clean and stunning views. Nice pool which we had all to ourselves! Fina was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, even calling us a cab when we had to leave. Cala Major has a stunning beach and is only a 15 minute walk away. Would highly recommend!

Calm and comfortable with a view and pool

The apartment is very nice, plenty of place for a family with two kids/youngsters. The standard is good and clean, even if not top modern. One shower/toilet and one bath/toilet - good if you are four persons. The apartment is nicely located in the western part of the city of Palma, in a common and safe neighborhood, with a very good view from the balcony towards the harbor area. The pool in the garden is perfectly kept in shape and clean, and is not crowded - good for quick swims, or to stay at during the day. Close by, only 5-10 minutes walk down the hill, is the very large shopping centre Porto Pi, and only 200 meters away is a small shop with most necessary items. It is possible to walk to the nearest sea baths 15 minutes and 30 minutes away, also close to bus stops. A garage is available inside of the building - perfect for a small rent-a-car. Wi-Fi exists, can be a bit slow sometimes. Considering the price we can really highly recommend this place.

Great view of the port and palma and quiet, peaceful and safe location.The apartment was as described,and the owner was great,nothing to fear here.Local transport and amenities a stones throw away,we had no problems whatsoever.

"The apartment was everything we could have hoped for. It had everything we needed. It was very, clean, light, comfortable, and in a good location. The view from the balcony was fantastic and the swimming pool came in very useful at the end of a hot day touring the Island. We would also like to mention that the owner was very helpful.

If ever we returned to Palma we would look to book the apartment again. We would certainly recommend the apartment to others.
