Marbella luxury first floor rental apartment close to beach and restaurants

With the beautiful sandy beach just 150 metres away, a luxurious local lifestyle, beautiful surroundings and the sun-filled days of Marbella's wonderful micro-climate, a memorable holiday awaits you at our lovely apartment in Jardines del Mar. There is a 24hr reception and secure free off-road parking. The apartment has a/c and heating and has just been completely refurbished throughout to a very high standard. It now has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds; corner sofa, dining table and chairs; a bathroom with enclosed shower and marble floors. The fully fitted kitchen includes hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dish-washer and washing machine. The spacious and sunny terrace overlooks the 2 pools and gardens and has sun-loungers, table and chairs. Extremely good quality bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is able to receive incoming telephone calls. Free Internet access is available in the apartment and this can be used via a guest's tablet or mobile device using sites such as www.filmon.tv to supplement the international channels available.

Jardines del Mar has two swimming pools, one for adults and children and another for younger ones. Sun loungers and cushions are freely available. The gardens, including a path that runs alongside a shady stream with fountains and waterfalls surrounding by colourful shrubs, are beautifully maintained. An outdoor table-tennis table is also available for those who like to be rather more active.

A very short walk from the complex there are many restaurants, bars and shops, including 3 supermarkets.

Marbella is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. As well as the nearby coastal towns of Puerto Banus, Mijas, San Pedro and Estepona, it is well worth venturing inland to visit Ronda and the beautiful white-walled towns of Benahavis and Casares. Slightly further afield is Malaga which should not be overlooked as its pedestrianised old quarter has a labyrinth of streets and squares which are great fun to explore, as well as being a very good place to buy shoes at remarkable prices! Also within easy travelling distance are the wonderful cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba, and of course just along the coast is the island of Gibraltar with its apes, caves and tax-free shopping!

Skiing is possible in the Sierra Nevada near to Granada which is about a two hour drive away.

Family activities: Also in the surrounding area there are many family-oriented activities available including adventure, wild-life and water parks, sea-life centres, dolphinaria and water sports centres.

Ideally located very close to one of the best gently shelving and sandy beaches in Marbella, our lovely and just refurbished apartment in the apart-hotel, Jardines del Mar, is just short walk along the beautiful promenade that goes directly in to the town. Being on the edge of the residential and commercial areas of Marbella and next to the Don Pepe Hotel, it benefits from being in quiet surroundings yet is close to many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Indeed just a short distance away are the wonderful sights of the pedestrianised old town including the lovely 'Orange Square' and the narrow white-washed alleys with their hidden tapas bars and flower-filled squares. Also waiting to be explored is the heart of Marbella itself with its many shops, marina and promenade. Five minutes away is the world-renowned Puerto Banus, still home of the cosmopolitan jetset with its fabulous restaurant and bar-lined marina and numerous designer shops providing a focal point for the Coast's sophisticated night-life.

Jardines del Mar is ideally located next door to the prestigious Don Pepe Hotel in the quiet commercial and residential area of Marbella itself. Within walking distance are the wonderful local sights, the heart of the town, parks, shops, numerous excellent restaurants, tapas-bars and bars. The complex is also about 150 metres from the promenade and sandy beach to which there is direct access. There are separate swimming pools for adults and young children set in lovely mature gardens stocked with many sub-tropical plants and with steps, a stream and waterfalls. Sun loungers are available in the gardens. There is free parking and a 24hr reception. A cot is available.
