Modern 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath with 1400 sqft we also have a 2nd unit next door

We invite you to stay at our condo: this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has updated furnishings and appliances. The RedCliff Condo complex is located just 5 miles south of Moab in the beautiful Spanish Valley.

When you walk into the unit you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen around the corner, down the hall will lead you to a complete laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom across from the bedrooms, next you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and connecting bathroom and huge walk in closet.

This top (3rd) floor unit is very quiet with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with easy access off of the highway.

Spend your days out enjoying the multitude of activities and your evenings relaxing on the balcony looking at the majestic Moab red landscape to the Northwest.

If you have a large group combine this unit with our unit next door to accommodate up to 19. So NOTE YOU MUST RENT BOTH UNITS SEPERATLY TO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 19.

We stay here every year for our family 4 wheeling trip to Moab and this place is always perfect. Todd is the best person to deal with and takes great care to make sure his condo is immaculate. Lots of space to stretch out, completely stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds. You can't beat the surroundings and it beats any hotel in town!

Nice, clean, comfortable property, close to all that Moab offers!

This condo is perfect for three couples. It becomes cozy if you have more, but very doable. Property was clean and well cared for. Meyer family made sure we were taken care of, followed up on questions, explained details of the futon and hide-a-bed since we had 7 adults (2 couples, three singles).

Good base of operations if your goal is to enjoy the Moab area.

Condo was clean and well supplied with necessary day to day items. Handy for viewing national parks, enjoying ATV trails, or mountain biking. Construction of new condo blocks view of the pool, but not a big inconvenience. Owner was very accommodating when family emergency required leaving a day early. all i all a good place to stay.

Moab condo

The condo worked well for my family, as it was large enough to accommodate all of us in the 3 bedrooms. The pool was a nice respite from the heat. The location is just out of town, but easily accessible to restaurants and activities. The kitchen was decently stocked with staples such as sugar, salt, coffee filters, etc, which is nice not to have to purchase those items as you travel and stay in homes and condos. The condo was clean and the check-in, check-out process was fine.

I wont stay there again.

It had the room we needed, but location was very loud, construction going on....had cleaning people just storm in the unit, no knocking or anything. One of bedrooms had hair all over sheets, they weren't cleaned.

Owner's Response: Were sorry to hear about your bad experience and surprised by this review as we contacted you the first day you checked in to make sure everything was meeting your expectations. We apologize that the level of cleanliness didn’t meet our own high standards and we will take this up with the cleaning company, unfortunately since this is our Vacation Home and we don’t live there we are not able to inspect the unit, thus the reason we always check in with guest to insure everything is okay so we can immediately address anything. The construction on the new Condo building across the parking lot was supposed to have been completed by now, unfortunately it was not done during your stay. We do encourage our guests to report any issues they have to us during their stay so we can take the necessary measures to make your vacation a more positive experience.
