Modern 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath with 1400 sqft we also have a 2nd unit next door

We invite you to stay at our condo: this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has updated furnishings and appliances. The RedCliff Condo complex is located just 5 miles south of Moab in the beautiful Spanish Valley.

When you walk into the unit you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen around the corner, down the hall will lead you to a complete laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom across from the bedrooms, next you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and connecting bathroom and huge walk in closet.

This top (3rd) floor unit is very quiet with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with easy access off of the highway.

Spend your days out enjoying the multitude of activities and your evenings relaxing on the balcony looking at the majestic Moab red landscape to the Northwest.

If you have a large group combine this unit with our unit next door to accommodate up to 19. So NOTE YOU MUST RENT BOTH UNITS SEPERATLY TO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 19.

We stay here every year for our family 4 wheeling trip to Moab and this place is always perfect. Todd is the best person to deal with and takes great care to make sure his condo is immaculate. Lots of space to stretch out, completely stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds. You can't beat the surroundings and it beats any hotel in town!

Nice, clean, comfortable property, close to all that Moab offers!

This condo is perfect for three couples. It becomes cozy if you have more, but very doable. Property was clean and well cared for. Meyer family made sure we were taken care of, followed up on questions, explained details of the futon and hide-a-bed since we had 7 adults (2 couples, three singles).

Nice roomy condo just outside of Moab

My family spent 4 nights here while visiting Moab. It was perfect for us, really quite spacious and comfortable. Having access to a pool during the hottest midday hours was the perfect break from sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed being able to spread out in this spacious property. The pool felt great after a hot day hiking. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans so we could cook breakfast each morning before heading out for a day of fun. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice - spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable, quiet. There is a nice pool on complex. Only possible downfall (all be it a small downfall) is the location. It is on the other side of town from Arches National Park, so about a 5 minute drive to town & about 10 min to the park. It was not really an issue for us as we like it to be quiet at night, but it's not in the think of things in town. Condo itself is very nice.

Larger than expected, good location.

This condo ended up being much larger than I expected. As I walked in the entire place looked brand new and very well kept. It's on the third floor so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs which was no issue for us. There is a ton of close parking right outside the door. The kitchen had the basic stock you needed to get by. The living room and dinning area were large and comfortable. The on site pool was great and never crowded. This location is about 5 minutes from the heart of town. You wont really walk from here to anywhere but that was fine as well. It's a simple few minutes down the road to everything you need. From here I estimate you are 15 minutes from Arches Nat. Park, maybe 30-45 minutes to Canyon Lands Nat. Park, and 5 Minutes to downtown Moab. Again, the place was super clean, large, and ready to relax in. My only complaint to the owner is the master bedroom needs a new mattress. The current one is shot and has a large hump in the middle and provides little support. My wife ended up sleeping in a guest bedroom to get a better bed. All in all, it worked out great and we really enjoyed the easy access and location.,
