Approached via a ramp and gate onto the wrap around decking, the caravan, with a high vaulted ceiling an dimmable lighting has a well equipped kitchen with separate fridge and freezer, full size cooker.
Separate dining area with 4 chairs around a dining table leads into the lounge that has comfortable seating for at least 6 people. There is a double bed setee in the lounge suitable for 2 people. As well as central heating an double glazing, there is a gas fire in the lounge for chillier evenings. There is a Tv,dvd player, Cd player and i pod docking station in the lounge ,
Master bedroom has king size bed with plenty of storage in wardrobes, cupboards and even under the bed! there is a 'jack an jill' cloakroom attached to the master bedroom.
The second room has twin bed that can be put together to form a small double. A travel cot, high chair plastic plates etc and childrens toys are available for the little ones.
The family bathroom has a large shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside there is a large garden table chairs and sun umbrella (a BBQcan be provided if requested)
As well as the wrap around decking there is a small grassed area at the side of the caravan and car parking just a few steps away from the caravan.
The caravan is situated in a quiet location on the Parkdean holiday park site. there is a fabulous new playground for children. There is also a restaurant with outdoor tables so you can watch the world go by. Passes can be bought from reception or via myself allowing access to the club with a bar and nightly entertainment ( seasonal) , children's club/ soft play/ entertainment/ a swimming pool.
From the caravan it is an 8 minute level walk to the harbour and beach. West bay is a bustling traditional west country fishing village where trawlers can still be seen to unload their catch alongside locals an holiday makers setting sail in their boats. there are lovely huts selling freshly cooked food and a variety of pubs/ restaurants that all serve freshly cooked local too.
the coastal path is easy to access in both directions;- to the West, Golden cap via Eype an Seaton an to the West Burton Bradstock via Freshwater.
The beach changes several times a year , currently it's quite sandy;- depends on the tides and how fierce the winter storms have been.
