Three beautiful Community Pools, Great Playgrounds for Kids, and a Tennis Court Within the Community. 8 minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs with a Tranquil View of the Mountains. Downtown has Casinos, Shopping, Dancing, and Great food. Perfect location to spend time walking your Dogs, Biking, Hiking, or Enjoying a Game of Golf Nearby. We are near the Palm Springs Convention Center for any Business Travelers. No Mail Access Allowed. Traveler must rent a Post Office Box, if needed.

We moved to Palm Springs about over 20 years ago from Rancho Cucamunga and bought our home out here in the Desert. We started our Business here in the Desert and Never Looked Back.

I bought this Home because of the Beautiful Mountains right outside of my Home. The views from the windows are so gorgeous and I loved being close to the Main Highway right into Palm Springs. This property was also close to the Main Downtown Area without all the Traffic or Noise. It is a Quiet and Tranquil Neighborhood and yet Close to Everything.

What makes this house unique

Downtown area is close by where all the excitement is whether you are going Dancing, Looking for a great restaurant to go to, Casinos to play, Waterparks for the kids. We are just 20 Minutes away from the Cabezon Outlets. You can enjoy the Aerial Tramway which is right down the street. We have so many beautiful things to see and do in the Coachella Valley

Be Forewarned

Be Forewarned that the house is located on the back perimeter of a development that sits right next to the wind farm with windmills in proximity and full view. As a result, high and often gusty winds prevail making it next to impossible to sit pool side or even go for a walk. We experienced many sleepless nights due to the gusting winds tearing up the roof and then taking several days to repair. These high winds blow a lot of trash into the yard and right up to the front entrance, a dirty and unwelcome sight every morning when we walked out the door. The furniture was uncomfortable and the appliances old resulting in the dishwasher breaking down three times during our two months stay last Spring leaving us without use for almost four weeks. The vacuum cleaner provided was so old the wheels fell off the first time we tried to use it. Crickets abound indoors - one even jumped out of the cookware the first time we used the kitchen. I recommend you ask the Owner for a picture of the back yard which is basically unusable.

We had a wonderful stay. The house looks just like the photos and was so clean. We had everything we needed. The views were amazing. I enjoyed the fact that the complex was quiet and beautiful. There were 3 lovely pools within walking distance and they were very well maintained. The water was perfect for the hot weather. We took advantage of the hot tubs too. The location was ideal, just maybe 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Lots to do! Hiking and the Tram to the top of the mountain just a few minutes away. Anna was lovely to do business with too. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

extremely disappointed

Our stay here wasn't quite what we were hoping for. The home isn't quite like the pictures starting off with the huge dent in the garage door. The front exterior is pretty but the back leaves a lot to be desired. The interior is clean but well lived in. The sofas and bedroom carpets are very dingy. The kitchen although pretty well stocked is lacking a toaster so you have to make due with a toaster oven. And there is no tea kettle. The main tv has lots of channels but the other tv only get a few,when they work.

the closest pool is an 8min walk away and was unheated during our stay. The front pool is 30min walk away and although heated still extremely cool to the point of being uncomfortable.

there is a lack of lightning and no lights in the ceiling in both bedrooms or the den which made nights awkward.

i wouldn't recommend this rental for an extended stay.

*** it should be noted that 6 days after our departure Anna the rental owner emailed us to claim we caused damage to her garage door. The damage was already there before our stay but she is yet to return our damage deposit. We have taken this up with vrbo and hope to have sorted soon.

Owner's Response: In response to Haley's review. We always care what our guests think and want them to be happy with their stay at our home in Palm Springs. Haley and her guests stayed from March 1st - March 8th. Unfortunately, after their departure and inspection of the property there was damage to the front Garage Door that was not there prior to their arrival. We do inspections after each guests departure. After contacting the guests regarding the damage to the Garage Door is when she put the bad review. The damage came to over $1,000.00 and of course had to withhold her deposit. In regards to the other items mentioned in the review. On the Tea Kettle, we have never had a request for that and certainly we would have provided that if we had known. We do offer a Coffee Pot and coffee for our guests that stay in our rental. We offer a Toaster Oven and is used mainly for toasting. I have never had any complaints to the channels on the TV's. Everyone that has stayed on the property has been satisfied with the programming. I am also surprised to hear that the these guests were disappointed with the carpet and sofas. This house is like brand new from when it was purchased and most guests have told me that it looks like a model home. It is clean and in pristine condition and exactly as pictured. There are lamps in every room with sufficient lighting. There are also in-ceiling lights in the Kitchen area. As far as the pool. There is one pool out of 3 that are always heated in this community and that information is always given to the guest before arrival. I have had no complaints on the pools and the home itself. All pools are within walking distance. All the guests have enjoyed their time here in our property. We take great care in pleasing our guests and making sure they have a great stay in our property and we will do what we can to enhance the stay for our future guests.

Best Vacation Ever!

We stayed at this home for Labor Day weekend. The house was spotless and in mint condition. Our family had the best time in the 3 pools that are in the complex, the tennis court and children's playground. The location was PERFECT for visiting nearby attractions or just shopping, minutes to downtown Palm Springs where all the action is, and yet close to the freeway if you want to go to the 5 Casinos in the area, shopping, the many restaurants, and other great cities' around Palm Springs and their many activities. We highly recommend this house. We will come back next year for sure.

We have the Famous Billy Reeds Cafe just 5 minutes down the road. The Beautiful Desert Princess for Golf Pleasure is just 15 minute away. Enjoy all the amenities in this Resort Town in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley.
