Why Allen Grant chose Susquehanna
We love the trees---maple, hickory, ash and cherry trees abound. There are soaring pines and tons of wildlife. The view from the front porch is excellent!

Clean, affordable getaway.. great escape from chaotic city life
Easy and pleasant. swiftly answered all inquiries and concerns.
Great vacation rental!
My family & I had a mini getaway from our fast paced city life. This home was the perfect place to unwind & relax. Cabinets were well stocked, lots of games, WiFi/TV & beautiful land/scenery. Everything was more than expected. Thank you to the owners! We would definitely recommend to anyone.
Cabin was great and loved the scenery.
Only complaint is that the mattress was very thin and couch cusions were very flat and uncomfortable.
Quiet and peaceful respite
Just the perfect getaway. The cabin had everything we needed and more to enjoy our visit. Well stocked kitchen and loads of games to entertain us. Beautiful setting!
Comfortable home, attentive owners
Cabin was as described, easy access to Elk Mountain. Cozy and comfortable. Reasonably good groceries in Susquehanna (nothing gourmet). Kids really enjoyed excellent sledding at the house. Congenial owner!
Fun ski Weekend
Great cabin and close to Elk. We had a very enjoyable stay.
Serene mountainside cabin stocked with games, books, a telescope, karaoke machine, large gas grill, charcoal grill, and more. Situated on four acres ready for exploring: use the animal track/tree/bird guides to identify the abundant local wildlife. A large porch wraps around two sides of the cabin. The front porch is covered for those rainy days while the side has space to dine outside. Enjoy the campfire ring behind the cabin and roast s'mores. The beauty is that it is NOT near "civilization" - it's ensconced in nature - great for quality family or couple time, and perfect for small retreats. The new Aronic Priesthood Restoration Site is a few miles away.
