The flats are located at ground floor in the resort Alamar, a high quality complex with well thought out communal areas and designer touches, the gated complex counts on a large communal swimming pool, 2 paddle tennis courts and onsite concierge/security.

One can rent two flats side by side for common evening coziness.

The bright and pleasant flats are with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen, washing room, AC, video entry, and fully equipped. Access to the south facing terrace from living room, and both bedrooms.

Walking distance to the beach and all amenities, car is not necessary in La Cala.

Only 25 minutes from Malaga airport. Good bus connections to both Malaga and Marbella, and the cities in between.

La Cala de Mijas (Mijas bay) locally known simply as La Cala, is a village between Fuengirola and Marbella, belonging to Mijas municipality in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

La Cala was originally an agricultural and fishing village, and is a vibrant town throughout the year with small shops, numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. La Cala has managed to retain its character and charm as a small Andalusian fishing village, while other areas along the coast have developed rapidly.

La Cala is a quiet but busy village, superbly well for retirees where perhaps especially outside high season periods also may be tempted to be snapped up. The place is also an excellent starting point for excursions to the surrounding facilities.

Every Wednesday there is a local market about 500 m from the plant where local farmers and artisans selling their wares. In addition, the season often invite to other events such as circuses, amusement park, and another in the same place.

The long beach is clean and well cared for, and is well known for its golden and soft sand. There are several excellent chiringuitos (beach restaurants) along the beach where you can cool off after the beach trip.

In areas and towns around and there are several water parks, animal and theme parks, and numerous other activities for both children and adults.

Ideal for families with children.

For golfers La Cala known for its fantastic golf, and one of the best golf resorts in the area are only minutes from the village and apartments.

Low season: November through February EUR 490 per week

Middle season: March to May + September and October EUR 690 per week

High Season: June to August EUR 890 per week

Wash linen, towels and final cleaning is by departure in addition with EUR 85.
