Apartment located about 100 meters from the marina of Vilamoura, where the car is not necessary to move to the beach or the marina. It is inserted in a private condominium with swimming pools, garden and bar with pool support. Comprising living room, full kitchen, balcony with dining table overlooking vilamoura and marina on the ground floor, upstairs, has a bedroom and w. w. with a fabulous view over the sea and the marina. It has air conditioning, cable tv in the bedroom and living room, internet wifi (subject to charge) bed linen and bath towels included. The living room couch is double bed.

Parking is easily accessible next to the building.

Excellent apartment in great location

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The location is ideal as it is very quiet but is only around 3 minutes wallk to the marina and to many bars and restaurants.

The supermarket is also only a few minutes walk away.

Previious reviews have mentioned the lack of sun loungers around the pool. There are in fact a few loungers which can be rented at a cost of 5 euro per day or you can lie on the grass. The pool area was quiet for most of the week and is very spacious. The pool bar was closed during our stay - it would have been nice if it had been open as it was very hot by the pool.

All in all a great apartment which we would use again.

Great location , less than 5 mins from marina . Spacious , clean , brilliant views . Well equipped .

The property had a modern feel to it , nice shaped building with lots windows giving great views . Very clean , balcony sunny position overlooking marina . Had nice modern art work up giving a homely feeling to the place .

Well equipped and very spacious . Secure entrance and lift to all floors . Never used pool but looked very nice . Owner very helpful and goid communication

Overall would recommend and certainly use it again !

Clean comfortable apartment with stunning views.

The apartment is on the 7th floor with stunning views over the town & the marina, it has a decent balcony with a table & chairs. It is clean & modern apartment, the lifts were always working and it is in a nice quiet area. The marina is only 5 mins walk away but there are plenty of bars/restaurants around the Edifcio Delta Marina - would recommend restaurant Retinto & Vintage Gin bar. If you have a car there is plenty of free parking around the apartments.

The best part is watching the sunset - spectacular! The only negative was the lack of sunbeds round the pool - however you can buy a lilo in the town for less than 10 euros.

Great views very clean and spacious , great appartment.

We stayed for 10 nights in June 17 . It's really quiet no noise from other appartment s. Which we liked. The new kitchen is lovely. Has all you need .the bed was comfortable an the bathroom was grand. ( shower may need some attention as one of the wall sprays stayed on all the time but wasn't a big issue) Very close to all the resturants and Marina . Beach about 20 minutes stroll away. Beach beds are quite expensive 17euro per day or 12 for half day. . Reastaurants Braganca Mar and Italian Boccaccio Dalla Verita in Edifficio Delta Marina a block just behind the marina were very good. Great value and great portions of food. Really recommend them.
