Maison les pieds dans l'eau

Les points forts de cette maison sont la proximité ,la vue sur la mer ,le calme et l'espace. Il y a des fissures dans les murs certes mais nous les avons complètements oubliées, ce n'est ni gênant ni inquiétant.Par contre elle mériterait quelques rafraîchissements : radiateurs plus ou moins rouillés,certains ne fonctionnent pas notamment dans les chambres du bas qui sont plus froides , grille pain très vieux ...mais cuisine bien équipée en vaisselle. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, les enfants ont bien profité de l'espace, du jardin clos, de la petite crique et nous avons fait de magnifiques randonnées: ne manquez pas les îles d'Embiès. Si vous êtes prêts à faire quelques km, les chemins de Pagnol,Les calanques de Sugiton, les îles de Porquerolles ,Cassis , les calanques de Figuerolles...

Nice stay alongside the Mediterranean.

Nice villa with beautiful views over the Mediterranean. Facing Sanary-sur-Mer. On a fifteen minutes walk from bakery, butcher, grocery store. The seaside terrace is facing north. The electric heaters in the living room are to be kept on all day to keep the room on a comfortable temperature.

Belle villa les pieds dans l'eau.

Tres beau séjour général sur le Brusc de 15 jours. Nous étions 8, cette grande villa est très agréable avec ses 2 belles terrasses opposées qui permettent de jouer avec ombre et soleil. Ideal pour lire, les siestes et jeux. Seuls certains aménagements sont un peu vieillissants notamment en cuisine (mobilier). Nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud malgré l'absence de climatisation, facilité pour garer 3 voitures dans l'allée de la maison, de plus c'est une résidence fermée par un portail de plusieurs maisons, donc pas de monde ni circulation. Le + étant la proximité immédiate de la mer puisque la maison la surplombe, ainsi que la vue pour dîner. Un petit portillon donne un accès direct à des petites criques de galets, aucun problème pour trouver de la place pour se baigner et pécher. D'ailleurs ce dernier point mérite de plus amples photos et précisions sur l'annonce. Nous n'avons jamais pris la voiture hormis pour les "grandes courses". Le brusc est à 15mn à pieds, très pratique et bien achalandé en commerces. Comme évoqué avec Anne et présent dans un commentaire, oui quelques microfissures sont présentes dans la maison mais je tiens à préciser que cela ne nous a pas du tout inquiété ni omnibulé, nous n'y prétions aucune attention. Bon équipement général.
