The spacious apartment is fully stocked and functional with Wi-Fi Internet, TV with Netflix, and a fully stocked, large kitchen (forks, knives, plates, cups, pots and pans, etc.) You'll also have access to kayaks and bikes!!
The location is the perfect blend of island beach getaway and city convenience. Ashford Avenue is home to upscale businesses like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, and Salvatore Ferragamo, and to local hangout spots like The Place, Small Bar, Di Zucchero, and Stop and Go. You're one quick block away from a Walgreens and one quick block away from the calming sound of waves brushing up against the sand. You can't beat it.
There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms -one tiny but fully functional, a large kitchen, a dining room area, a very comfortable living room area with two full-sized sofa-beds and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The rental includes parking space for 2 vehicles.
Our Magic Team is always on call to make sure everything goes smoothly and your vacation is perfect. Just text or call, and they'll be there for you.
Also, ask about our concierge service! Our concierge can help make reservations, get private chefs, book boat charters, and buy groceries, just to name a few things. These additional services will be billed separately.

A 4.5% fee is included to help provide a safer and more secure booking experience, coupled with 24/7 customer support throughout your trip.
Please note that the cleaning fee does not include washing dishes, pots, and pans, emptying the refrigerator or throwing excess amounts of trash away. If you do not take care of this during your stay an additional $100.00 plus tax will be charged.

It has all you want to have in when you're on vacation. Great location, near the airport, nearby the Beach, access to Kayaks and equipment rentals, Convenience Stores, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Top Notch Designer Stores. Included parking for your rental, easy access to your property, rich Day and Night-Life, Restaurants, Pubs, Bars and Cultural nearby locations for sightseeing such as Old San Juan just a few minutes away.
Walking distance to beaches and major tourist attractions, stores, hotels, restaurants, casinos, etc.
Our first visit to Puerto Rico and has been improving our vacations. The property is exactly as the pictured. Very comfortable, clean and spacious for our family. Equipped with all we need. It is one block from the main street of the center of the happening area, accessible to grocery store and many restaurants. The customer service referrals and food recommendations in addition to activities to learn about the area and the best attractions of the island were excellent. William gave good advice to make the most of our time on the island. We walked to the beach where there are hotels and restaurants and went to activities in the plaza across the street. I will be willing to rent this property in my future vacations. Thank you very much.
We needed a reasonably priced 3-bedroom condo and this was perfect for us. We easily walked to the beach - one block away - and Ashford Avenue where there are amazing places to eat (every type of food you can think of) and high-end shopping. Everyone we dealt with on this property was very friendly and helpful. We ran the bedroom A/C's at night and turned them off during the day. By keeping the windows closed - the home stayed plenty cool during the day. The TV didn't seem to want to work for us - but who cares when you're on vacay! For a great price, this was a good find!
I stayed here for 4 nights with 5 late 20's friends. The location of the place is great, it's close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. We also really enjoyed the keyless entry that made checking-in simple and allowed us the freedom to not have to worry about keeping track of keys. Overall the place is sufficient as far as amenities. Both of the bathrooms are quite small and the second bathroom is VERY small. There was also the issue the both bathrooms flooding pretty badly after each shower. The apartment wasn't quite as nice as we expected from the photos, but it definitely isn't bad. I would recommend the place for large groups, as there was enough beds for everyone, and/or people who do not mind staying in less than luxurious accommodations. The landlord was responsive to emails and text messages. I would give the location 3.5 stars.
The apartment was not nearly as nice as the pictures implied on VRBO. The bathroom was perhaps 2.5'x 3'.5' in area. It was not up to code. I think it is false advertising to say this is a full bath. It is not even .5 bath, as the only way to sit on the commode is to sit sideways!!!! Also, written directions as to how to use the television and fans would be helpful. We couldn't get the main fan in the living room to work. I called/texted the realtor immediately. No reply. I called again 3 days later and she said it might be the batteries. However, there weren't any in the apt. I switched out the batteries from another fan. The icemaker was not working properly, either. The ceiling fans were right on top of the top bunk! Anyway, not worth the money. The realtor was very positive and pleasant, however. I requested a partial refund for the misinformation about the place and our dissatisfaction, and the realtor told me I could reply here, but she didn't think I would get anything back!
For Starters...Alina, was a great help...she made sure that she would be there with the keys to let us in and called me as soon as our plane arrived and was prompt on meeting us with the keys. Overall our stay was great my group got this condo and the condo below. The space was great and condo was renovated nicely, AC worked well, and the location was even better. If I had any complaint it would be the CONDO didn't have AC in the main area, but did in the bedroom. But it was offset by the ceiling fans, and just leaving your room doors open which had AC. However, I would come back and stay again.
I stayed here with my family, excellent area to spend vacations. The location is great, a block away from La Concha, and the most important, you can reach the restaurants, bars, stores, just walking. It is very easy to get cabs if you walk to the main street. You get the price you pay, it is a simple, bare apartment with 2 sets of bunk beds, a king bed, towels, 1 hand soap, cups and plates. The apartment was very clean and the decoration is very nice. The attention was great from the manager. All in all this is a great place to stay. We'd do it again.
My family and I love our stay it was clean and well equipped condo. Its location is
great the beach is almost two blocks away of the street. I enjoyed the fact that I was close to many
restaurants and activities. I will definitely return. Alina was a pleasure work with.
Condado is the trendiest area to live in and visit. Oceanfront dining is a must, as well as enjoying the nightlife in the many pubs and bars.
