(Text automatically translated) The apartment is freshly painted and included some improvements as a chaise longue with sofa bed in the living room (1.40 m x 2.04 m) and new fridge and washing machine. It is located on the seafront of Salobreña, with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, newspapers, etc in close proximity. At the price, this including our property with garage for two cars besides existing shared surface parking for one car. In my opinion the apartment has a privileged location, you can admire some of the best views of the Andalusian coast, can enjoy, even from inside the house (no need to go to the terrace) something completely unusual. The complex is right on the edge of the beach and the pool area (there are three: one for adults to swim as it is very large, one for children and one for medium children. Additionally the pool area has toilets and showers . The garden area is very large and kept in it we find at our disposal 2 tennis courts and mini golf.

Buen apartamento, con unas vistas espectaculares a la playa y pueblo, dificiles de igualar. Perfecto para una pareja,en nuestro caso tambien con un bebé. Cumple con las expectativas marcadas en el anuncio. Zona perfecta, urbanización con piscinas muy buenas, y todos los servicios necesarios. En pleno paseo marítimo. Cumple con todo lo que queríamos, tranquilidad, zona bonita, y pasar unas vacaciones de relax total. Repetiría seguramente si volviera por Salobreña.

"Lugar ideal para pasar unos días. En Septiembre tranquilidad absoluta. Entorno muy agradable. Vista maravillosa. Carencias de equipamiento según expectativas personales. Fácil acceso incluso minusválidos.Fácil aparcamiento y servicios de la urbanización muy buenos. Los alquiladores muy amables."

"ce n''est pas la première fois que je loue cet appartement. les fois d''avant c''était les parents qui nettoyaient et s''occupaient de la remise des clefs. cet été 2011 c''est la fille qui s''en est occupé et l''appartement était sale, le four contenait de la nourriture séchée, la douche noire de saleté, le pommeau de douche bouché, ampoules défectueuses, etc etc. et j''ai donné une caution de 50 euros que je n''ai pas récupéré malgré que j''ai laissé l''appartement dans un état impeccable! j''ai envoyé un mail à mon retour pour expliquer et j''ai donné mon numéro de compte pour récupérer la caution! jusqu''à ce jour (21 février 2012) silence radio! c''est bien dommage!"
