Apartment located right off the Manhattan bridge. Near the A/C/F/Q/R subway stops. There is A/c and washer/dryer in the apartment. There is cable and internet in the apartment. One bedroom with a pull out queen size couch as well. There is garage parking and plenty of parking on the street as well. A grocery store is located right outside of the complex too. A great location right near Ft Greene Park as well.
I have now lived in NYC for the past 6 years and this is a great neighborhood
very convenient to the city. Great view
This apt is just as u see...Very comfortable stay...very very clean..close to everything u want to eat..Jodi was a very very nice person and easy to communicate with..she is just a text or phone call away..Would recommend this place for your stay in New York
The apartment was exactly as presented in photos. It was well appointed and the concierge staff at the building was always helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent. Building is terrific. I would definitely recommend this rental. We stayed a week for holidays to visit family and friends. Public transportation is nearby and there is a garage under the building.
The apt looked like the pictures. The owner was very easy to reach. To make it better I would recommend new pillows and perhaps a little guide book with info about washer/dryer & wi fi access. Both were easily taken care of with a text but if this info were readily available that would have avoided a text.
Great location - near subways, brooklyn heights and starbucks! Modern building with great gym. Clean apt. with washer/dryer and comfortable bed. As with all pull out couches - never as comfortable as the bed, but ok. Host easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed here for six nights during our recent first visit to NYC. We did all the tourist things during the day and often into the night, and this was a nice place to relax and get some rest. I had been a bit wary because had heard that NYC apartments were tiny. We found this one to by a nice, comfortable size. The bathroom, while not large, is not cramped. The kitchen has modern appliances and a granite counter top. Washer and dryer are the smaller, apartment size, but like the kitchen are modern and fairly new. The apartment has a view that starts on the far left at the Chrysler building and goes east to the Manhattan Bridge/East River and continues over some of Brooklyn. There are three subway stations within about a ten minute walk, the closest being maybe five minutes. Taking the subway, the Statue of Liberty ferry is 19 minutes away, including the walk; Times Square is 26 minutes; Central Park is 30 minutes; Yankee Stadium is only 45 minutes away.
As the owner describes, there is a Fresh Market just across the street, a Starbucks about three minutes out the door, a CVS is just down the block. Junior's Bakery (great cheesecake) is close to the nearest subway station, several restaurants and a shopping area that includes some chain stores (Macy's, Old Navy) are about ten minutes away.
The building has a fast elevators; we never had to wait for more than a minute or so. There is also a full-time concierge that will point you in the right direction until you get used to the surroundings. All in all, this was a great place for us to stay.
Our stay was most comfortable in a central location in Brooklyn. We used the apartment for one month. Its proximity to restaurants, public transit and shopping centers is an advantage, especially the NY Fresh supermarket. the apartment is clean, well kept and the utilities- ACs in both rooms, washer/dryer, stove, fridge , toaster, TV, furniture - are good . We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to it. We recommend it highly for long and short stays.
