About the property

5 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, Sleeps 14

Seasons at Sandpoint is a professionally managed private lakefront community comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. It is nestled in the charming city of Sandpoint, directly on the shores of Idaho’s largest lake, 43-mile-long Lake Pend Oreille. The city is also surrounded by three major mountain ranges, the Selkirk, Cabinet and Bitterroot ranges providing spectacular views all year round.

There is a centrally located clubhouse, also known as The Retreat, where our staff will warmly welcome you to the property and show you to your condo or townhome. They are also more than happy to recommend local activities to make your stay unforgettable such as hiking, skiing, golfing, horseback riding, art exhibits, music performances, dining, antiquing, shopping, etc. There are also plenty of amenities to enjoy directly on the property including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, private beach, fire pits, al fresco dining areas, fitness center, and a marina with boat slips available for rent.

The property is situated directly on the shore line of the massive 86,000-acre Lake Pend Oreille. We have a private 80-slip marina complete with a dockmaster to assist you in preparing for a beautiful day on the lake. You can moor your own boat during your stay with us or simply rent from a local company. We can certainly recommend businesses that rent all types of watercrafts including kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, wave runners and pontoon boats. Boat slip rentals are limited in the summer months, so please be sure to reserve yours when reserving a condo or townhome.

The lakeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub are in the center of the community, directly in front of the clubhouse. They are open all year round, so you can cool off during the summer months or warm up after a fun filled winter day of skiing at Schweitzer Mountain.

Our private beach allows you to swim in the lake and play in the sand without having to leave the property. Our staff can also assist you with building a lakeside beach fire in the evenings, allowing you to unwind and enjoy all of nature’s beauty at the end of your day.

We have al fresco dining areas complete with grills and seating so you can enjoy a lovely meal with family and friends while taking in the amazing views. You can reserve 2-hour increments with our staff prior to your arrival or upon check-in.

We have a variety of different sized-residences available for rent, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. Each residence has an open floorplan and private balconies overlooking the lake. They are fully furnished with linens, terry, cookware, dining ware, and a washer/dryer.

This 5-bedroom three-story townhome can accommodate up to 14 guests. The home is built into a sloping landscape, so the front entrance brings you into the second floor which serves as the main living level. This is a wonderful space for your friends and family to comfortably gather. On this level you will find a full kitchen, dining area, living room, balconies overlooking the lake, and a conveniently located half bathroom.

The third floor contains three bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

The ground floor provides an additional kitchen, living area and a half bathroom. There are also patios located off of this level allowing you to easily walk out to the pool and marina. This level contains two bedrooms, one with two queen-sized beds and one with two sets of bunk beds (four twin beds). There is also a private full bathroom on this level. Please note that the full bathroom and bunkroom can only be accessed through the bedroom with the queen beds.

Large house amazing views!!

  • 5 of 5

This place can hold a lot of people. The views are spectacular of the lake. Walking distance to town. Amenities include fitness, pool, and spa for community. Very clean. Downside doesn't have enough dishes or place settings for the amount of people it holds. If cooking be prepared to bring own supplies. Overall great experience.

The facility was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed.

  • 5 of 5

The townhouse was well done and kitchen had everything one would need. We only had one hiccup. The description of what beds where in what rooms was different that what was actually there, but we were able to adjust and everyone was very comfortable. Downtown was an easy walk from the place and we rented a jet ski and pontoon boat which were also easy to walk to. I would recommend this to others.

Lovely town home right on the Lake

  • 4 of 5

This is a lovely 3 level town home in the upscale Seasons Resort directly on beautiful Pend d'Oreille Lake. We recently had a family reunion at Seasons, renting this unit and two other condos. Local management was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were first class and well maintained. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only reason I did not give this rental 5 stars is that the sleeping arrangements on the ground floor were less than ideal. The unit is rated for 14 people, and it does have beds for 14. The third floor bedrooms are a king with ensuite bathroom, a queen with ensuite bathroom, and a two twin bed room with its own bathroom. Excellent accommodations for 6 people. There is a powder room on the main floor where the living, dining and kitchen are. The other 8 people are allocated two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with 2 sets of bunk beds and one with 2 queen beds. Unfortunately, you have to walk through the queen room to access the bunk room, and these 8 people have to share one large bathroom, which is also accessed by walking through the queen room. There is a powder room which serves the den area. So no real privacy, and we were constantly waking each other up since our bedtimes and wake up times differed. We coped with this arrangement by putting 6 members of our own family, 3 generations, downstairs. The "extra" 2 people slept upstairs in sleeping bags on the floor in their parents' room. In spite of this, I do recommend this property to others. You just need to understand what you are getting when you book, and make sure that the layout will work for the members of your large group.

Some people wonder if there is a lot of noise from the train, which runs behind the resort. These buildings are designed and constructed in such a way that we rarely heard the trains, even out on the balconies and patio. The end units are more likely to have train noise outside, but even those are well insulated so you don't hear much inside. The kids in our group loved seeing the trains, and they never bothered us at all.

There is a lot to do on the lake, in Sandpoint, and in the general area. It was a perfect location for a family reunion. Some rented boats, some took road trips, a large group had a Silverwood day which was really fun (they have groups rates for 15 or more), and several of us enjoyed the lake cruise. All in all, it was a great week at Seasons Resort. Thank you!

Silverwood Theme Park is 30 minutes away.

Schweitzer Mountain is 35 minutes and they offer skiing and snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.

Numerous restaurants, shops and activities in downtown Sandpoint which is a short walk from the resort.
