Your bright and spacious holiday apartment is conveniently located in the Señorio de Aloha complex in Nueva Andalusia, at the entrance to 'Golf Valley' and is equally suitable for a family, small group, or golf holiday. You are a short walk to the famous marina of Puerto Banus and there is a choice of shops and restaurants at your doorstep.

You have excellent views to the mountains and sea from the spacious front terrace and the complex is attractively landscaped, containing three swimming pools and two childrens' pools. Access is by lift or stairs and the development has underground parking plus 24 hour security.

The apartment has been newly decorated and furnished for the 2016 season and is equipped to meet your every need, including dual air conditioning in each bedroom and in the lounge area.There is satellite tv, including English language channels and high speed WiFi internet service.

The Location: The apartment is conveniently located in Nueva Andalusia, less than 1 mile from the heart of cosmopolitan Puerto Banus and 4 miles from Marbella. Puerto Banus, famous for its yacht marina, exotic bars, restaurants and designer shops, also has excellent beach facilities.The area beside the Puerto Banus bullring, which is a few minutes walk from the apartment, hosts a very popular Saturday morning market. There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.

A ten minute drive takes you to the Selwo Safari Park, an experience to be enjoyed by all ages.

Sight Seeing: Some attractions within easy driving distance are:

Gibraltar; the Rock of Gibraltar and its duty free shopping

Benahavis; a Lovely Andalucian village with a great selection of restaurants

Ronda; an historical mountain town famous for its spectacular gorge

Getting There: You will be provided with detailed instructions to get to the apartment from Malaga airport. Our representative will meet you and show you to your apartment. Taxi transfer from the airport can also be arranged if you so desire. There is flexibility on arrival and departure times at the apartment subject to our need for time to prepare the apartment for other clients. Golf: You are located at the entrance to the area known as Golf Valley in Nueva Andalucia. It will take no longer than ten minutes to drive to any one of the nearby very popular courses of Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Las Brisas.

You are within a maximum one hour drive from another 25 quality courses stretching from Torrequebrada back towards Malaga, to Valderrama as you drive towards Gibraltar.
