Four rooms, two bathrooms. FAMILLY LIFE-NO YOUNG PEOPLE

Large industrial loft apartment, located on the ground floor of a building of the early twentieth century.

Easy access from the street through a large iron and glass. The first impression at the entrance and to cover up the bottom is about the size of the territory.

The high ceilings also contribute to its large volume. In the long and wide access corridor, where children can play, there are two bathrooms with shower. The large living room with kitchenette and dining table, four sofas, all in 80 square meters, just waiting to be occupied by large families for ease of movement. Basically, as a facade, the rooms are arranged symmetrically, two down and two upstairs, each with its own staircase. The center is occupied by the sofas to share and watch TV or a CD. The large windows and aluminum doors with double-glazing on a small patio, with plants and lawn chairs, provide natural light.

The apartment is very large with comfort for a few days visit to Barcelona a large family or a quiet group. It is very close to the Ramblas. It has simple finishes, you can not demand quality and luxury. Very practical and functional.

Good location, spacious apartment with a quirky layout.

The apartment has four bedrooms and two baths, a kitchen and a large living room. There are also appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, making it really useful for a large family such as our traveling through Spain. It's not very fancy but you get what you pay for. The quirky part has to do with the two upstairs bedrooms located on two corners of the large living room that are reachable via staircases. The location is Ok, nearAvenue Paral.lel and the metro station. The apartment is located in one of the numerous, quaint alleys in the neighborhood, particularly Carrer de Blai that has a lot of restaurants and eating joints. Overall, we had a good stay here and would recommend it.

Was very big but basic as advised although unexpected minor niggles.

Basic is OK but a few minor niggles attended to would have made our stay better. Towels were past their sell by date, the batteries in the remote control for the dvd were dead, there was only 1 refuse bin bag. The apartment suffered from rising damp and the ground floor bedrooms smelled musty. The welcome meeting was very good and most equipment was demonstrated. The apartment needs a few hours of minor maintenance to fix loose screws on kitchen cupboards and similar. The apartment window and doors to courtyard were not secure but risk of entry was very low.

lots of room

plus: quiet location,4 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,next to city centre,sea,metro,big living room,4 sets of keys, we could check in early and leave our suitcases

minus: low quality,really needs a makeover,almost no daylight

ok for a few days but dont expect luxury

Très bon logement pour 2 familles dans le centre

Le logement est conforme au descriptif.

Les moins : peu d'ouverture. Un peu humide. Équipements et finitions rudimentaires parfois vétustes. Pas de four.

Les plus : très grande pièce à vivre avec mobilier adapté et très agréable avec 9 occupants dont 4 enfants. Très bonne situation géographique, proximité des commerces, restaurants, métro. Calme. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Très bon accueil par le propriétaire qui est extrêmement serviable, gentil et disponible.

Appartement moyen

Les plus : quartier vivant avec ses bars, au pied de Montjuic, en dehors du centre donc plutôt calme, à 4 stations de métro de la gare pour ceux qui viennent en train, sur les principales lignes de métrp menant aux principaux spots touristiques.

Les moins : zéro isolation dans les chambres, une chambre inutilisable à cause de l'odeur de moisi et d'humidité, une autre très bruyante et pas du tout isolée qui donne sur la rue, literie douloureuse (beaucoup de ressorts, et attention pour les plus grands, les lits sont petits) la porte du patio qui ne ferme pas (heureusement qu'on était en octobre), les portes de placard qui ne tiennent pas…

En conclusion : location idéale pour 10 jeunes sportifs et qui peuvent dormir n'importe où, pour les autres, à vous de voir !

barcelone , olé , olé !

cette location présente un excellent rapport qualité-prix . En plus elle est située dans un quartier typique , pas trop touristique ce qui permet de rencontrer vraiment les habitants , tous en étant très proche du centre et bien desservie par les transports en commun .

Par contre , le propriétaire , que nous n'avons pas rencontré est visiblement très occupé et l' appartement manque d'entretien ...

Les portes du patio sont hors d'état et surtout lors des violents orages des 12 et 13 octobre 2016 nous avons pu constater de nombreuses infiltrations d'eau y compris dans les plafonniers !!! ce qui a conduit à un court circuit dans tout l 'appart en pleine soirée ...

heureusement nous avons pu nous débrouiller par nous même car le propriétaire était injoignable .

malgré tout nous recommandons le quartier et même la location en espérant que des réparations seront faites prochainement .
