Sandrine's place is lovely apartment centrally located in Le Marais allowing you to do a deep dive into the neighborhood -and there is a lot to do just in Le Marais! It is a quick walk to the metro if you want to journey to a further arrondissement or to take in a walk along the Seine. It is flourishing with delightful decorations and objects that really appealed to our sensibilities. All the amenities worked perfectly and it was very easy to check in. Truly a perfect place to spend time in Paris. Merci beaucoup, Sandrine for letting us spend some time at your beautiful home in Paris.

This is an amazing property to stay in & we absolutely loved every second of it. Perfectly located (I actually don’t think you could find a better location) within walking distance to all of the main attractions in Paris. Cafes & supermarkets only moments from your door which made life so much easier for us. Despite it’s location to all the action it was so quiet at night which is exactly what you need. The apartment itself is quite large so space will not be a problem. It’s eclectically decorated on the third floor (but there is a lift for your luggage) & has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a washing machine which every traveller dreams about. The only thing it doesn’t have is a microwave which we worked around anyway. The bed is comfy, shower is hot & heating works a treat - what more could you ask for. The owner was fabulous to deal with & went above & beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay in their home. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you Sandrine for allowing us to stay in your fabulous property.

The apartment has a great location. Many restaurants, shopping, and sights easily walked to (12min. walk to Notre Dame). Safe neighborhood. We traveled with 3 kids and had no problem getting around(3min. walk to metro). Apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Directions and check-in/-out very easy.

My (just about 5 year old) daughter and I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights, and loved every moment we spent there. It is very spacious (90m2), and is located in the heart of Paris - le Marais (near Beaubourg/Pompidou and Hotel de Ville). It is on the 3rd floor (with elevator). The couple that own the flat are well travelled, and know to leave a few essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, body wash and soap, hair dryer etc., to avoid you having to go to the shops after a long trip. Everything worked well: the oven and stovetop, all the taps, the shower/tub, the toilet, the lights, the coffee maker (traditional Italian espresso maker - for stovetop use). There is no dishwasher, but there is a clothes washer (that we did not use - but it looked like a new model, and was in good shape). The water pressure was good and the hot water worked well in the shower/tub, but took a little time to warm up in the kitchen. The owners have a young daughter and left toys for my little girl to play with. She had a lot of fun, and was thrilled to have a bunk bed to sleep in. The bed mattresses are firm, but this was not an issue for us. As far as food and supplies go, rue Rambuteau is just around the corner and has all the shops, boulangeries, tabacs, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, charcuteries, fruit and veg stores, and specialty shops you will ever need during your stay. The Hotel de Ville metro station is just a few minutes away. All in all it was the perfect place for us, and I would return in a heartbeat.

"Apartment is very big, clean and cozy, and somehow very "European." Quiet street, but walking distance from major historical sites; Notre Dame among them. Just walking around the neighborhood make you feel Paris. The owner knows exactly what her guests need: a little easy-to-read map of local streets with grocery shops, directions how to get to the place, a few tourist books and such. Overall, it was one of the most enjoyable vacations for our family."
