Charming, spacious 2 bedroom apartment with south-facing terrace overlooking gardens while enjoying partial views of the sea & Esterel mountains. Located directly opposite the beach which is approximately a 50 metre walk. Eden Park is a gated residential complex, with beautiful landscaped gardens and two sculpted swimming pools; one outdoor, the other a heated indoor pool. Just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town of Le Suquet, with its abundance of restaurants. The old port (Vieux Port) and the Palais des Festivals (the Film Festival venue) are 10-15 minutes walk along the promenade. Boulevard de La Croisette (the famous seafront promenade) and Rue D'Antibes (the main shopping street) are both just seconds away from the Palais. There is a small commercial centre including a cafe, chemist, hairdressers & doctor situated directly across from the complex. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.

Amazing location in Cannes
We spent a very enjoyable week here. The apartment has a fabulous location, it's just across the road (safe to cross, there's a pedestrian crossing) from the beach. It's also only 10 minutes walk to a supermarket, and another 5 to the harbour and Le Suquet. So even though we had a car, we could have managed fine without. The visitor parking spaces in the complex are often full, but there's loads of free on street parking nearby so it wasn't an issue. The apartment itself is spacious with a lovely balcony that gets the sun in the afternoon. It's also very well equipped, and that includes a kettle and large mugs which I definitely appreciated! We got great weather, so didn't use the pool everyday as we were mostly on the beach, but it was great to have it there to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and won't hesitate to book Geraldine's apartment again if we return to Cannes.
Nice spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a good position.
We enjoyed 2 lovely weeks in September at this very nice, clean apartment. The rooms are quite spacious and it has all mod.cons. Although the bedrooms are not "en suite" the bathrooms are close by and the configuration, in a corridor at right-angles, affords privacy for 2 couples which is what we wanted.
The weather was glorious every day so we took breakfast and dinner on the pleasant balcony overlooking the gardens with a glimpse of the sea through the trees. The air-con in both bedrooms as well as the lounge was a plus.
The property is ideally situated being just 2 mins from the beach. Frequent buses stop on the main road to take you to the main rail station. We had a trip to Menton for just a few euros having walked to the station in about 30 mins. Nearest supermarket 10-15 mins walk. The Palm bus runs along the prom and for E1.50 you can go to Theoule, which we did and walked the 9 km back visiting La Napoule castle on the way back. We also walked to the harbour and took boat trips to each of the splendid Iles de Lerins, a great get-away from the noise of the city.
Swimming pools were a bit cool (for me) in September, but the Med was warmer.
Our only concern was the parking. The site has about 10 Visitors spaces where you are asked to park but often during our stay these were full and I was told that there was no allocated space for this apartment. I was therefore rather concerned that I needed to park in other residents' spaces( there seemed to be quite a few empty) for several days, leaving a note on my car with contact details c.o.n. Otherwise, a very enjoyable holiday.
Thank you for your review Terence. We are glad you enjoyed the facilities and local area and made the most of the rail network to get out and about exploring the South of France. Regarding parking, the apartment does not come with a dedicated parking space, but the visitor spaces are available on a first-come, first served basis. If at busy times, there are no visitor spaces available, there are generally spaces available on the quiet roadway at the beach-side entrance to the complex. I will edit our ad to hopefully make the parking situation clearer to future guests. Thank you for your feedback. It is much appreciated.

Excellent appartment and location, very helpful local agents
Appartment was a good size with everything you need for a holiday. Location was nice and the the appartment is set in lovely gardens. We paid €50 for a late check-in to the local agents as arrived at 11pm which was very proffesional and helpful. Indoor swiming pool was a real plus as we had some terrible weather

NIce apartment convenient location
We stayed Sept 17-21 visiting family apartment was comforable for 3 adults was clean and with a close and easy access to the beach if rented for summer vacation. Parking is inside of the residence a big plus to consider if you rent a car.

Great Location - lovely apartment
Just back from a week staying at this apartment with 3 friends. Ideal location beside the beach and only a 10 minute walk into the center of Cannes, with all the shops & restaurants. Apartment was spacious, clean & nicely decorated, with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and onwards down to the sea. Apartment block is gated and secure and there is access to swimming pool. Did not get to use the pool on this visit, as the weather was too nice to forego the beach, but looked very pleasant. Will definitely be returning to this gem!!

Eden Park is located just outside the heart of Cannes on Avenue Dr. Raymond Picaud. It serves as an ideal base for touring the Côte d'Azur with all attractions within easy reach. Antibes, Nice, Monaco, St. Tropez and the Italian border are merely short drives away while the frequent train service, serving the nearby international train stations of Nice and Marseille, opens up a host of travel opportunities.
