Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment with south-facing terrace overlooking gardens while enjoying partial views of the sea & Esterel mountains. Located directly opposite the beach which is approximately a 50m walk. Eden Park is a gated residential complex, with beautiful landscaped gardens and two sculpted swimming pools; one outdoor, the other a heated indoor pool. Just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town of Le Suquet, with its abundance of restaurants. The old port (Vieux Port) and the Palais des Festivals (the Film Festival venue) are 10-15 minutes walk along the promenade. Boulevard de La Croisette (the famous seafront promenade) and Rue D'Antibes (the main shopping street) are both just seconds away from the Palais. There is a small commercial centre including a cafe, chemist, hairdressers & doctor situated directly across from the complex. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.

Eden Park - Great apartment!

Just back from a thoroughly enjoyable stay with 3 friends in this luxurious apartment in Cannes! We really loved this apartment - it was very tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious, in a secure and very attractive complex. All the appliances looked like new and the apartment itself had everything you needed from ironing board to washing machine etc and even a selection of books! The indoor heated pool was a lovely bonus to have, and it was never too busy.

The location was excellent, being literally 1 minute from the beach, 5 minutes from the beautiful old town of Le Suquet,with its vast selection of fabulous restaurants, and 15 minutes from the centre with La Crosiette and the Palais. A bus stops just outside the complex, so very handy when after a trip around the many shops on Rue D'Antibes and Rue Meynadier!

I can’t wait to revisit Cannes, and this little gem of an apartment will be where I will be looking to stay again.

Excellente semaine

L'appartement est très bien placé, avec accès direct à la plage dans une résidence très bien tenue. Les piscines sont propres et assez grandes dans un jardin magnifique. Tout le confort dans l'habitation, chambres grandes et salon agréable. Les trains de la côte passent à proximité de la plage mais nous ne les entendons pas. Nous recommandons vivement

Eden Park, Cannes, Weekend in December

I stayed in this apartment last weekend (10-13 Dec 2010) with my 2 sisters to celebrate a 40th birthday (my eldest sister, not me). As we left behind two weeks of snow and compacted-ice in Ireland the timing was a happy coincidence. There were clear blue skies the entire weekend (I needed my shades).

The apartment was extremely spacious (seems it can sleep 6.) However, being winter, the rate was very affordable even for just 3 and anyway 3 is always an awkward number when it comes to hotels - either a complete squash and a broken back on a makeshift bed, or one person has to take a second room which puts a dampener on a girls' weekend and doubles the cost.

We were delighted with the apartment and found it lived up exactly to the advertised description which is rare in my experience. It was clean and spacious and had every facility that you could possibly need, from kitchen utensils (though we ate out), to a mini-library of books, kids' games etc. It was nicely decorated and had lovely grounds. It was only a short walk to the centre of Cannes and the famous Croisette and we usually took the scenic route along the seafront. Once or twice, when we were being lazy, or had shopping bags, we hopped on the bus just outside the apartment complex.

We did some Christmas shopping (tip: window shopping the famous pricey boutiques is fun, but we found a more affordable shopping street, Rue Meynadier, for some bargain shopping.) There was also a big Christmas market at the Old Port which was a nice bonus as there were lovely inexpensive gifts.

There was a huge choice of restaurants and we had great food and of course, nice wine.

I hope to revisit with my family as the apartment would be ideal and the kids would love the beach and the indoor heated pool (which looked lovely though we didn't have enough time to use it.) If I can't convince my husband, then I'll definitely be back for a girls' holiday. Next time, I would like to have a bit more time and maybe spend a day in Nice or Monaco.

Great Location, & Nice, clean, spacious apartment

The apartment is just a stones throw away from the beach,

& located in lovely, quiet gardens in a gated residence.

The apartment itself is very nice, spacious, clean & well equipped with everything you'll need for a self catering holiday.

The shops are about a 15 min stroll, & alot of the bars & restaurants are along the beachfront too.

(Word of warning- the motorists do not like having to stop for pedestrian crossings, so be careful!

some have no intention of stopping!

Especially the motorcyclists

All in all a very nice holiday, good accomodation, & a great location.

Eden Park Cannes

My family of 4 spent a week in Eden Park in October. The apartment is very spacious, clean and with a lovely south facing terrace. It is situated in a nice quiet complex with lovely gardens. The indoor pool was a huge bonus and we had it to ourselves every evening. The beach is one hundred metres away from the apartment. There are numerous restaurants closeby and a lovely walk along by the beach will have you in Cannes in minutes.

We would thoroughly recommended this apartment especially to families such as ours with a couple of children.

A week in Cannes

I have just returned from a week in Cannes with my wife, 17 year old daughter and one of her friends. Our brief was to find a property in France with a pool that was close (ie walking distance) to the beach and amenities of a town. We experienced difficulties finding such a property before discovering Eden Park which I am pleased to say ticked all boxes.

The apartment itself was clean and spacious in a secure and attractive apartment complex. The location was excellent, being literally 2 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from old Cannes and 15-20 minutes from the centre of Cannes.

We did hire a car, both to deal with the transfer from Nice airport and to be able to visit other places such as Monaco, Grasse and St. Tropez. We enjoyed these trips which also served to confirm what a good choice we had made in selecting Cannes as our base.

The result was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing week, both for two 17 year old girls and the older generation!
