Being on the third floor unit 314 means you have easy convenient access to the beach and/or pool! Quick trips to and from your unit with no hassle at all. We have quick access to the parking garage elevators or stairs if you prefer.

Our Location close to Pier Park means you are a quick 5 minutes to wonderful Pier Park that offers Dining, Entertainment and shopping galore! Parents and teens LOVE the lively and convenience of this popular HANGOUT! Fishing is available at the Pier alone with specialty shoppes Tidewater's spa amenities are unique and designed to pamper. We offer 2 outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool, full fitness center, Roman Spa, men and women's sauna ,Tiki bar, Full Theater with free movies and on site Restaurant over looking the Gulf!

We have 2 full bedrooms and a Bunk room for the kids. There are 3 full bathrooms one in every bedroom for individual privacy. The Master features a King size Bed and the guest bedroom has the queen bed. A bonus that unit 314 offers is cable with a flat screen TV in the bunk room this is not typical for this floor plan. Our couch pulls out in to a sleeper sofa for additional sleeper space. Our furniture is directly from a showroom floor.We welcome new guests and appreciate your business.

Great unit and awesome owner

Communication with Dan was easy. His responses were prompt and informative. Paying through Homeaway was easy and made splitting the cost between families convenient. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. There were even extras such as a hair dryer, toothbrushes, hand soap, etc.. Location was great, near Winn Dixie, Walmart, Target, restaurants and Pier Park, some within walking distance. It was nice to sit and relax on the balcony in the mornings/evenings. Dan's condo being on the 3rd floor made it easy to utilize the stairs and avoid the long wait for the elevators. The unit was also on the end near the stairs and away from a lot of the noise. Great unit, awesome owner!

Nice condo except for locked thermostat that was set to mid- to upper-70s

The condo itself was nice, however the thermostat was locked (password protected) and was programmed between 74 and 78 degrees, which is much too warm for my family's comfort, especially for sleeping at night. I read an earlier review about this, and when I emailed Dan to ask if the thermostat was remote controlled and set to upper 70s, he replied that it wasn't and that the thermostat had just been replaced. We would not have stayed there if we had been told the truth to begin with, and we will not stay there again due to this. However, the condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the decor was tasteful. The 3rd floor location was very nice since the elevators at Tidewater are terrible - many people waited upwards of 30+ minutes to catch them on higher floors. Be aware that beach service (chairs/umbrella) is NOT included with this room, even though a majority of the other rooms do include it. There is very little beach space for those not renting, as the 4 rows of chairs take up almost all of the sand in front of the condo. Also, I had to ask Dan twice about getting the check-in info, and didn't receive it until the morning of check-in. There was no info about check in/out times or many other details, just the door and garage codes.

Surprisingly roomy condo. Great 3rd floor accommodation.

The condo was beautiful and the beds were super comfy. Great location to do everything or nothing at all. Unfortunately the elevators are a nightmare. Very friendly staff and Dan was quick to respond to my questions. Thanks for a GREAT week!

Condo was great! Kitchen is well stocked. Condo was clean and the beds were comfy.

We enjoyed the condo and were very glad we were on the 3rd floor. The elevators at Tidewater are ridiculous. One was out of order most of our stay and the others were a long wait. We took the stairs except when we had our luggage or groceries.

Great place to stay

After staying at the very top and midway I was rather reluctant staying on the 3rd floor, however this building during peak times has a very busy elevator, long waits. 3 gives you options of using the stairs. The unit is equipped with cooking utensils , beach chairs and all. Great view, the pictures are okay but looks much better in person. The owner was there by phone when needed.

Walking distance to pier park, all shopping, dining, fun for teen ķids to walk around. . Carnivals, water park a few miles away, Walmart askip jump and hop. . Makes for a good vacation never stay in hotel again.

This property took our breath away when we walked in the door!! The condo looks way better in person! The Three panel glass windows with sliding door makes for an amazing view of the gulf from the 3rd floor. The kitchen was very well stocked! It looked like people donated their extras, so there were some paper products, baggies, coffee, dish soap, trash bags, lighter fluid, ect. So we did the same and left stuff as well as a bag of charcoal, yes there are grills next to the pool. The property was clean, but after we got in there and unpacked I noticed it could use a little deep cleaning. We stayed in the master bedroom and I noticed a sunscreen cap under the stool, as well as mold/dried hair product on the inside of the shower liner. And some dust/hair gathered in the corners of the bathrooms. I admit I am a very particular person when it comes to cleaning, so what bothered me may not bother others. Other than that the condo was very neat and tidy. The space was plenty big enough for 4 adults and 3 children. The room was located right off the stairwell, which was a good thing because the wait for the elevators was extremely long! I waited over an hour to return the luggage cart after we arrived, and then I had a bright idea (; my friend went down to the first floor and rode the elevator up, so I could get on. Hey it worked, and after that we always took the stairs. The resort itself was very clean, had a lot of amenities, and the security, in the resort and the parking garage, was great! Our room did have a mobile controlled thermostat. It was very frustrating because we would wake up at night and it would be 78 degrees. We were able to turn it down to 70, but then it would gradually increase. I had never seen a thermostat like it until I got a Verizon advertisement in the mail after returning home and it had a picture of it on the advertisement. I understand they owner wouldn't want someone to turn it way down and run up their bill, but we all need to be comfortable in order to sleep at night. Increasing during the day and decreasing in temp at night would've just fine for us, but it seemed like the opposite was going on. The internet was not very good, the signal was very weak. The balcony had 2 tables and 4 chairs. There was a washer and dryer, which we were worried because there wasn't a picture of it in the gallery. Pier Park wasn't as close as I hoped but it was in walking distance. Overall, it was a great property and I highly recommend it!
