Enjoy a secluded apartment open on the green with beautiful view from all places. Reception area with lobby/kitchen/living-room very separate from bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.. Large terrace. Close but far enough from the downtown lively shopping street of rue d'Antibes, the harbour and beaches (15 mn walking distance. Feel at home having a drink or dining on the terrace or backyard. Off season, this apartment may be very convenient for executives temporarily staying in the region (Sophia-Antipolis at about 20 mn drive).

Perfect place!

Every year I participate in trade fairs in Cannes and I'm used to rent this apartment.

In April and October I'm always there about 4 days and I must say that after work is a great place to rest.

Quiet and reserved. Outdoor garden to relax in the evening. WIFI present and worked well. House with all major comforts.

It would be a very good place to live also with family for leisure travel.

Un trés belle appartement pour une vacance calme et repousante. Une belle vue sur le parc que acalme léspirit en le regardant.Tous inclui pour le conforte (machine à laver, cafetière, fer à repasser, etc...), pas loin de la plage et des comerces. Nous sommes resté très satisfaits de gentillesse de la propriétaire. A recomander ++++

Superbe appartement bien équipé, calme et propre, belle terrasse avec jardin. On dirait qu'on est dans une villa et pas dans un appartement. Le centre de Cannes est facilement joignable à pieds. Nous étions très satisfait de notre séjour.

Exit 42 of A8(2 km) toward Le Cannet/Cannes (N285), Bd Carnot down to place Vauban (before the express way), turn right to avenue de Grasse and right again to Maréchal Jean de Lattre de Tassigny (follow the Hôtel Ideal and CES Vallergues signs).

Cannes, wonderful as always, with all its summer activities (documentation in the apartment and available at Palais des Congrès). Restaurants from the Michelin 2 stars (at Martinez and Majestic) through fish restaurants on the harbour near the Suquet tower and old town, and a charming Italian place with homemade pasta...

And of course Juan-les-Pins, Vallauris, Biot and other places to be visited.
