THE LOUNGING AREA
Partially separated from the kitchen and the living room by half-walls this area is located directly under the central skylight and as for the possibilities of use- sky is (literally) the limit.
There’s a square table w/4 chairs- perfect for sipping that morning coffee while basking in the sunlight, or for a romantic dinner under the stars.
Between the lounging area and the front hall there’s an open space perfect for exercise or yoga. We have a yoga mat available for guests’ use.
We have happily lived in this loft for over 10 years and will gladly share our experience and advice with you. We also try to provide our guests with directions, recommendations, written reviews etc., especially folks from out-of-town, who have never visited Pittsburgh. If you have any questions or need advice please do not hesitate to ask.
And please, make sure to examine all the enclosed photos and read the entire listing, especially the part about house rules, policies etc.-first. So often we are asked to explain details which are already clearly stated and/or shown in photos in the listing.
To ensure a good & trustful relationship we like to learn a little about our guests and the goals and expectations they have for the visit prior to accepting a booking. This also helps us come up with possible recommendations and some custom-tailored advice for your stay.

Hope to see you soon!
Comfortable loft in a great location. Eva is super accommodating and helpful making our stay that much better. Will return and stay here again!
I had a wonderful stay with my family in Pittsburgh to celebrate my daughters college graduation. The loft was beautiful and in a great, easily accessible location. Couldn't have been a better trip.
Loft is very unique - trendy kind of style - makes you feel like a loft in soho but affordable. Location - Location - Location. No need to rent a car it's walking distance or $5 Uber to anywhere in downtown
This downtown area rental was a nice place to visit. Owners met us there upon arrival and had the place well stocked with first day food, water, snacks, and plenty of soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. Not many places will do this for guests! The place isn't in the nicest area, but we were able to walk to PNC Park without a problem. The inside parking was great to keep our car secure. I would recommend this place for 4 adults. It would be hard to get more than one adult on either of the two futons in the place. If we were to return to Pittsburgh, this would be a place we would consider renting again. One wish we'd like to see is cable television. We didn't spend a lot of time at the rental, but when we did, cable/satellite tv would have been awesome.
