Grand Haven apartment description
Our 100+ year-old quaint, two-family home is located 2 blocks from Grand River waterfront and two blocks from all the shops and the parade route for Grand Haven's nationally recognized Coast Guard Festival during the last week of July and the first week of August. The bigger lower bedroom has a queen bed, the second lower bedroom features a twin/queen bunk bed. The couch in the lower living room makes into a bed. Hardwood floors, bathroom with tub/shower, kitchen, main floor laundry and a porch for sipping morning coffee or sharing the day's events over a glass of wine at 5. The upstairs apartment has a kitchen, living room, one bedroom and one bathroom and sleeps 2 in a queen size bed. With a max occupancy of four, we offer a blow-up mattress to sleep two more.

Lower Level Apartment:
$1100+ laundry, cleaning ($100) = $1200
Minimum of 3 night stay @ $200 per night + laundry, cleaning
4th of July & Coast Guard: $1500 + laundry, cleaning ($100) = $1600 $275/night for less than full week

Upper Level Apartment:
$800 + laundry, cleaning ($100) = $900
Minimum of 3 night stay @ $150 per night + laundry, cleaning ($100)
4th of July & Coast Guard: $900 + laundry, cleaning ($100) = $1000, $200/night for less than full week

Both Levels:
$1750 + laundry, cleaning, ($150 ) = $1900
Minimum of 3 night stay @ $300 per night + laundry, cleaning($150)
4th of July : $2000 + laundry, cleaning ($150) = $2150, $350/night for less than full week
Coast Guard Week $2200+ laundry,cleaning ($150) = $2350. $400/night for less than full week.
