This condo was recently remodeled and re-decorated and has plenty of space for 6 people to stay comfortably, including a king bed, full bed, and pull out sofa bed. It has 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen (i.e. dish ware, utensils, pots, pans, baking ware etc.), separate dining area, and large family room with a flat screen TV, cable, DVD player. The entire condo has wireless internet.
The condo also has outdoor space with a spacious deck with grill, and is a short distance to the community hot tub. It is also a 5 minute walk to the lake and the Hyatt hotel and restaurant, as well as local coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. It is also only a 5 minute drive to the local ski mountain, Diamond Peak.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and built-in closets.
All guests have access to the entire condo including all closets, as well as community amenities such as a hot-tub and outdoor parking.
Interaction with Guests
Guests are welcome to contact us as frequently as necessary with questions, however we will not be present on the property during guests' stays.
Incline Village is widely considered the premier lakefront town in the Tahoe area. It has gorgeous beaches with access limited to residents and those staying in Incline Village, as well as beautiful walking and hiking trails.
Incline Village has a number of local shops that provide all of the sports equipment you need to fully enjoy both summer and winter sports activities.
The condo is walking distance to a number of amenities including the lake, restaurants, and shops, however a car is recommended. On-site outdoor parking is available for all guests.
The closest airport is Reno-Tahoe, which is a 45-minute drive. Other regional airports include Sacramento, San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland, which are all within a 4 hour drive.
We have rented in Incline for years in the same house with all the families. Then the house was sold and we scrambled. We all were able to find condos in McCloud close to one another. It is within walking distance to all the fun !!! The condo is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The pull out would be good for the kids, not an adult. Other than that it was fantastic.
Great location and close to beach... About a 15 min walk to lake. It's a very nice place to stay, quiet and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Thanks for providing such a comfortable, modern space.
Our family had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. The location was central to everything. The condo was very well appointed, beautifully decorated, very clean and the owner was so easy to work with. I especially loved the recommendations for entertainment and food in the surrounding area, it was a really nice touch. We look forward to staying here again!
I stayed in this condo during July 2014 and it was an amazing little spot. It's an end unit in a secluded part of the McCloud complex. The condo came stocked with everything that was needed and was very clean. The owner communication was excellent and everything went perfectly smoothly.
I cannot wait to stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Great location and super clean. Very well equipped and plenty of privacy. The first floor location meant no lugging our stuff up any stairs - always a plus!

While we want all of our guests to have a wonderful stay, there are a few rules we ask our guests to observe. We appreciate that our guests not smoke in the condo. Out of respect for our neighbors, we also ask that guests do not have large parties, and maintain quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. Finally, while we love animals, pets are not allowed in the condo per community HOA rules.

Upon booking and receiving full payment of the unit through VRBO it’s agreed by, and between the Landlord and Guest the Short-term Rental Agreement becomes fully enforceable, Guest agree that they have read and understood this agreement. The Guest accepts all terms, conditions, and restrictions without exception.
HOLD HARMLESS Landlord attempts to properly maintain the unit. The Guest agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Landlord is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as hot tubs, television, etc. No refunds will be given for occurrences beyond the Landlord’s control. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Guest or their guests as a result of the acts of said Guest and guests. Landlord is not responsible for any theft or damage to Guest's belongings during their stay.
Any breach of Agreement will result in immediate removal from the property with forfeiture of any monies or deposit.
