Sleeps 7. Fabulous sea views. Close to beautiful beaches. Videos available

Modern spacious semi-detached house, hillside location, sleeps up to 7 people (3 double bedrooms plus one bedroom with bunk beds for two), 2 full bathrooms (one is en-suite) plus separate toilet, beautiful views up and down the coast and across to the islands Brac, Hvar, Korcula. Very well equipped with all mod cons. Internet, 3 TVs, DVD, stereos. 20-25 minutes walk (5 minutes by car) to what has been voted Europe's best beach (by Forbes magazine). 15 minutes drive to Makarska, 50 minutes to the historical town of Split. Free summer parking in Brela (beach/marina) with our annual parking permit. Plenty of DVDs, board games, card decks, toys for children.

We have a few short videos from the house available which we can share via whatsapp or email.

The first picture from the beach shows our house as a small white dot in the middle of the picture just above the trees.

Beautiful home from home property, well located with amazing views.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful country. We flew in to Zadar from Southend, a new route, but only 2 hours down the motorway to the apartment so only 45 minutes further than Split airport.

The pictures do not do the property justice. The apartment was much bigger than expected, well looked after and clean with a very well equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining area with a full-sized table and plenty of sofas. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with ensuite and a balcony with beautiful views and chairs. Downstairs in a separate corridor there are 2 large double bedrooms with a bathroom. There is also another bunk bedded room and a toilet coming off the lounge with another lounge with a sofa bed near the entrance. Off the lounge is a lovely balcony with a full sized table and chairs and bbq, again with stunning views. The whole house stays cool throughout the day so no need for air conditioning.The house has everything provided you could possibly think of and Trond's house instructions, sightseeing tips and directions were so helpful.

The house is well located close to the coast road, a supermarket (very useful for us as we used the bbq each night) and some lovely restaurants j5 minutes walk up the hill but very quiet. Brela was very pretty with lovely beaches and only 5 minutes drive away. If you go before the 1st June it is very peaceful like we did. I should think it would be a different experience in high season but still wonderful. The free Brela parking permit was a great help.

We visited some lovely places - Trogir (75 minutes drive), Split (45 minutes), Mostar in Serbia (105 minutes on the tolled motorway), Makarska (15 minutes), Krka national park with the boat to the waterfalls (75 minutes on the tolled motorway) and Cetina canyon (20 minutes plus). There are lots of beautiful coves and beaches with lovely clear, warm water to go to like Punta Rata in Brela but we would advise taking beach shoes as all are stony.

"Very nice clean house with a gorgeous view of the Adriatic sea.

Owner (even though not present on site) so attentive to EVERY detail - light bulbs and garbage bags even were available in the house, not to mention salt, pepper and other spices! We had a great time there, we will warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Brela!"

"This wonderful holiday apartment greatly exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was superbly equipped. Every detail was thought of from guide books to children's videos. It was very clean and well taken care of. Very quiet and peaceful with unsurpassed views of the sea yet close to all the amenities. Would highly recommend."

55 kilometres (1 hour and 15 minutes - traffic permitting) drive south from Split International airport. 2 hours 45 minutes drive north from Dubrovnik airport.
