This large penthouse apartment provides comfortable and spacious accommodation. The apartment sleeps eight with room for cots. It has a large private roof terrace with barbecue as well as a large sun terrace off the lounge. The apartment benefits from a shared pool (just a few apartments) and is located within secluded landscaped gardens in the exclusive Bellresguard development, 150 metres from the pine walk beach.

Accommodation consists of one large double en-suite, one large double, one twin en-suite, an additional twin and a separate bathroom. All three bathrooms are fully refurbished. There is a large lounge/dining area with satellite TV, DVD and CD player leading onto the terrace. Air conditioning and free wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher microwave etc. utility room with washing machine and plenty of room for beach equipment.

Apartment is situated 2 minutes walk away from Store Formentor good for local provisions.

A parking space is provided directly outside the apartment with additional parking outside the main gate.

Owners have rented the property successfully since 2004.

Golf: Pollensa golf club is just 10 minutes away, several other courses are within thirty minutes

Cyclists: We welcome groups of cyclists and have a locked storage room available for safe keeping of cycles

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Recently returned from a lovely week in Puerto Pollensa. We'd not been back for 11 years and the Bellsreguard complex was not built at that time. It's in the quiet end of the pinewalk and the apartment is fantastic. Really spacious, comfy beds, 2 huge balconies, extremely well equipped - best holiday apartment we've ever stayed in & a real home from home! Pool was bigger than we expected too. A couple of the pools in this complex were full of some sort of plant fluff but ours was beautifully clean. The shop/cafe at the entrance to the complex was convenient as well. We and are 16 and 12 year old boys had a great week, eating lunch at the cafes that jut out on to the sea, barbecuing on the roof terrace, sunbathing by the pool and at our favourite Formentor azure waters beach, enjoying cheap drinks at Bony's bar on the plaza, mooching in PP, Pollensa and Alcudia markets and eating a lovely paella in the picturesque mountain village of Valledemossa. We were very sorry to have to leave! Our only negative would be if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs as the frogs in the pool at night are very noisy! Owners were a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend holidaying in this apartment, you will not be disappointed!

Super apartment in great location

We have visited Puerto Pollensa many times and always try to stay on the Bellresguard development. It is a charming 15 minute walk to the main harbour area where many of the restaurant and bars are located and the route takes you along the famous Pine Walk. This is a pedestrianised footpath directly beside the sea with fantastic views and we have never tired of walking along it.

The development also has a well stocked local shop which also serves food and drink.

Dedicated parking under a car port (handy to keep the sun off your car) and lift access add to the convenience.

The pool only serves a handful of apartments so is always quiet and is set within lovely gardens. We loved watching the fish and turtles (or terrapins ?) from the balcony and even made up names for them!

As the apartment is on the second (top) floor, the balcony is nice and private and is a great size. It is part open and part covered and is equipped with both a dining table and rattan type lounge furniture.

There is also a huge roof terrace with a further dining area and sun loungers - but beware, it gets hot up there!

The bedrooms are great with two huge double beds in two of them, 2 singles in another and bunk beds and a single in the fourth room. Every room has individual air conditioning and 2 ensuites and a bathroom are really useful. The kitchen is well equipped (even with a gas hob - which is unusual) and there is loads of storage.

All the bathrooms have been recently refurbished and the housekeeping was spotless - loads of towels and nice bedding. The apartment was really clean and even all the cutlery was lined up in the drawer!

Some great touches that make all the difference like loads of coat hangers, huge amount of glasses, crockery and every cooking dish and utensil you need.

The owners were really helpful during booking and always responded to questions promptly. The local agents in the resort were very helpful too.

We have stayed in several different apartments on the Bellresguard complex and as they are all privately owned, the quality can vary. However, this apartment really is top quality and we will definitely stay here again.

Space and Comfort in Puerto Pollensa

Excellent Large apartment on the old main road at the back of the Illa D'Or.

Bedrooms very spacious, balcony excellent for eating al fresco and very well equipped kitchen.

If you're visiting off season, this offers extremely good value for the amount of space you get.

Puerto Pollensa is on the North east corner of the island at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, set in a large sheltered bay with shallow warm waters .

There are an abundance of excellent restaurants and the resort is very family friendly.

Good water sports, fishing and golf nearby.

Golf: There are thirteen courses on the island several of which are PGA world Tour standard. Our closest is Pollensa

just 10 minutes away. Alcanada is 20 minutes away.
