Alles in allem befriedigend

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen (Gips blättert ab,Bad Silikon Schimmel)die Kissen und decken könnten mal ausgetauscht werden .dafür war die Lage perfekt und bei dem schönen Wetter sitzt man vorwiegend draußen auf dem Balkon.für 2 Personen war das Apartment völlig ausreichend .

Bel emplacement proche de la mer et pratique pour rayonner

Petit appartement bien conçu une chambre pour les parents un lit superposé pour les enfants. Terrasse côté parking à quelques mètres de la mer. Idéal pour rayonner dans la région.

très bon séjour

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, les photos étaient conforment au logement et à la vue, nous avons choisi le 5ème étage pour avoir une vue qui donne sur les Pyrénées et sur l'étang, et non pas sur le parking la piscine est correcte, avec des transats et de l'ombre, c'est propre. les parties communes sont bien entretenues. seul hic c'est le stationnement mais on a eu de la chance de trouver de la place tout prés de la résidence à chaque fois qu'on a bougé la voiture, il vaut mieux prendre un parking réservé dès que vous voulez louer. Pour la plage on a juste à passer sous le porche de la résidence, pas de circulation, c'est pratique tous commerces à proximité et ambiance garantie le soir vraiment un bon séjour comparé à celui que nous avions passé dans un camping à proximité de là. la propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. le logement en bon état, et fonctionnel, 6 couchages et une terrasse bien exposée et équipée.
