Housing state, close to the beach and forest, WiFi Internet and phone included, residential area, close to the beach (800m) and from the forest (50m) and the aquatic centre of Océabul with a heated pool, sauna and steam room…The comfort of a home on the ground floor, with a fenced yard, glass-ceramic oven, mini oven, 82cm TV with DVD with TNT and videos, cot, high chair, baby bath and baby buggy, hairdryer.

25m2 terrace, swing, barbecue, garden furniture and large parasol, double garage, close to shops (500m) excellent amenities, beautiful decoration and customer friendly.

Restaurant, bakery, pastries, pizza and fries at 30m during season. 3 markets nearby, 2 of which are seasonal. Special price on some weeks if going with the owner.

And at the end of the street, there is a huge beach with a lifeguard and a children’s club. 4 bikes to go cycling, a nearby forest, starting point for hiking paths, cycling on the cornice of Vendée.

Reasonably comfortable accommodation. Great location.

The location is excellent - easy access to beaches, forests, local shop and restaurants. Three bikes provided but barely useable - we hired bikes locally - very reasonable.

Property secure but split into separate ground floor and first floor flats. This is the main downside - poor soundproofing so ground floor suffers from any movement and voices from upstairs. Also, the plumbing is all linked - so first floor usage passes through pipework into ground floor - incredibly noisy and actually prevents sleep.

Showers cramped and only just functional. Property would definitely benefit from installation of new showers.

Owner extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating - but ultimately everything governed by the limitations of the property in it's current condition.

Owner's Response: Dommage que ce client ne soit pas pleinement satisfait. Il y a 1 douche italienne au moins 1 mètre de coté et une douche de 90 cm de coté. ce client à malheureusement cassé le rideau de la douche que j'ai réparé très vite pendant leur séjour. Je pense avoir fait tout mon possible pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui était d'une propreté impeccable. La description de la location est tout à fait conforme, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Le logement est très bien situé entre mer et forêt ou nous avons fait de belles balades. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, il a était aux petits soins avec nous. Nous y retournerons pour un futur séjour avec grand plaisir.

Wohnung zu hellhörig

Um gleich auf den Punkt zu kommen: Wir können für diese Unterkunft (untere Wohnung) leider nicht mehr als einen Stern vergeben, da das Haus extrem hellhörig ist. Es fehlt jegliche Schallisolierung. Insbesondere die Wasserleitungen sind sehr laut und verlaufen direkt durch das Elternschlafzimmer. Wird die Toilettenspülung genutzt, hat man das Gefühl, neben den Niagarafällen zu stehen – insbesondere nachts und morgens für uns unerträglich. Aber auch Trittgeräusche, Stühle rücken oder Gespräche konnten deutlich vernommen werden, obwohl die Mieter über uns nicht besonders laut waren. Dass die Wohnung auch mal eine Grundreinigung nötig hätte, sei hier nur Rande erwähnt. Sie war in den Ecken, Regalen, Schubladen und Schränken sehr staubig.

Alles zusammen führte dazu, dass wir uns in der Wohnung leider nicht wohlgefühlt haben und keine Erholung finden konnten. Schade.

Dem Vermieter haben wir empfohlen, das Haus nur im Ganzen an eine Partei zu vermieten und in jedem Fall Maßnahmen zur Schalldämmung zu ergreifen. In dem jetzigen Zustand können wir die Wohnung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

location très agréable entre plages et forêts

une semaine dans une belle région on peut aller à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'a la forêt domaniale de saint jean de mont et un point fort pour nous nos chiens ont été acceptés sans problème. Le logement est fonctionnel et le propriétaire accueillant. Aucun souci

Logement impeccable

Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire, qui prend le temps pour toutes les explications et questions.

Le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé.

Je recommande, notamment aux jeunes parents car chaise haute, poussette, lit parapluie et baignoire. (Etant Parents de jumeaux de 15 mois, le propriétaire a même reussi a nous prêter tout en double. Encore merci).
