It is 1576 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We can accommodate up to 6 people in beds and optional 2 more on sofas. It is beautifully decorated with contemporary touches. Dining table for up to 8 plus 4 at kitchen island counter. Large kitchen pantry for snowbirds to stockup during stay.

We had another home listed - it was a high end luxury rental in Canyon Lake, CA (Listing 186553) with over 40 five star reviews on VRBO. That property was sold in 2014.
We have been renting our other Hacienda home in Yuma since 2009 and due to high demand, we decided to buy another vacation rental property.

This property truly rates 5 stars. Ready on time. Immaculate and everything worked from the AC/Heat to the coffeemaker. Kitchen completely appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and also well appointed. Neighborhood very quiet and safe. Our month there was very enjoyable and gets a 5 star because it felt like a home not a short term rental.
We found the 🏡 very clean, beautifully decorated, affordable, and just what we needed for our stay in Yuma. There was plenty to do with movies, games, patio, and fully stocked kitchen. There was lots of room as well! Thank you very much for a great stay, we really enjoyed it.
Just right. Though staying in various place around town, our extended family found this the perfect place for us all to gather to celebrate Christmas. The home comfortably sleeps 8. The large outdoor space provided additional space for informal conversations. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple or special meals. .though well decorated, we felt at home and comfortable. Shopping is close by. We will all remember our special reunion time in Yuma.
We recently stayed for 4 nights in the house, and it was very nice! We stayed with our family of 5, and there was more than enough room. So much nicer than staying in a hotel!
I believe the entire house was recently remodeled, and it shows. The house is very nice, and everything appears brand new. The flooring, kitchen, bathrooms etc all seem brand new. The kitchen was very nice, with a large breakfast bar. The countertops are very nice. All the cabinets were new and clean, which goes for the bathroom cabinets, countertops, sinks etc, all new and very clean. Overall, the house was very clean.
I have rented a place in the past where when you arrived, the place was dirty, and it just kind of grossed you out. This house is totally the opposite. You arrive, see everything is clean, new, and in great shape, and is makes you feel at home and comfortable.
The neighborhood seemed very nice as well. I went for morning runs several times, and felt very safe. The neighborhood has a large outdoor recreation area where they showed outdoor movies 2 night we were there, and there were youth soccer practices going on other nights. Very family friendly and safe neighborhood.
Location is good as well. It is fairly centrally located between the Yuma foothills, and the downtown, business district.
If I was coming to Yuma again, I would not hesitate to stay in this house again.
This is the second home we've stayed in that is owned and run by Mai and Jesse - they do a fantastic job with all of their properties, and this one is no exception. Recently remodeled, the home is breathtaking upon walking in the front door. All amenities, bedding, furniture, etc. are stylish, tasteful, and well-maintained. Any issues that may arise are immediately taken care of by Mai and Jesse, who make wonderful hosts. We travel frequently to Yuma on business, and this is one property we will definitely stay in again.
We loved everything about this home; it had everything we needed, but more importantly, it was so beautiful and homey, it was a great place to be with our family of 5 since our son, who recently moved to Yuma, was not able to come home to Oregon for Christmas. We loved the backyard, the beds, the fluffy towels, the BBQ (although it could use a little updating) the washer and dryer (my son was happy to get caught up on his laundry) and the beautiful decor.
