This immaculately presented and generously appointed detached villa is located in a peaceful area of the resort of Callao Salvaje yet within a few minutes walk of all local amenities. Every effort has been made to ensure that your stay is pleasantly memorable, providing you with the perfect setting where you can relax, benefit from the fantastic Tenerife sun and enjoy your holiday with friends and family.

We aim to provide you with all the comforts you enjoy at home. we have a good strong broadband internet connection with free wifi so that you can connect all your devices. We also have a new 48' Samsung smart TV connected to an internet tv box giving a wide range of UK and European channels including BBC, ITV, Ch4&5, Sky Movies and Sky Sports. But, not only UK programs - we have TV channels from France, Germany and Scandanavia too! Plus a huge library of Movies and classic TV series. Kids are catered for too with lots of popular movies!

In short. this villa is the perfect holiday venue.

  • The master bedroom is large and has a super king size bed, high quality furniture and fitted wardrobes. There is an electronic, fitted safe situated within one of the wardrobes. There is an en-suite bathroom with all facilities. The second bedroom is also large with a super king size bed, high quality furniture and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is of normal double room size with a standard double bed, bedroom furniture and fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom which has the benefit of a large walk in shower. On the lower level, a separate suite has twin beds with shower and en suite facilities. Nb. We also have available, for families with a young child, a cot, high chair, safety gate and potty.

The detached villa is in pristine condition and has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lounge is comfortably furnished & includes a 48' Samsung Smart TV ( BBC1, BBC2, ITV & CH4 + Internet programming), DVD, Video and CD system. The kitchen is fully appointed with quality units and incorporates an oven, separate hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Outside there is sun terracing, a covered dining terrace, and a private swimming pool that has solar heating all year round with additional electrical heating in the winter months. A deliciously warm water temperature is maintained at all times of the year. There is also a gas barbeque, patio furniture and sunloungers. The villa is predominantly on one level and is wheelchair friendly. There is just a six inch sill to gain access into the villa. Super Villa - Very Relaxing Holiday

We stayed 11 nights in this super villa. It was very clean, and everything is as described and more.

Bedrooms are large, with plenty of storage, and the beds are comfortable. Master en-suite excellent, as was the family bathroom.

Living area well furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. The smart tv system was totally comprehensive and easy to operate.

The large kitchen was well equipped with modern, serviceable, appliances and ample crockery, glassware, and pots and pans.

The two outside patios are well furnished with tables and chairs, and are ideal for al fresco dining. We made good use of the propane BBQ.

The pool is kept at a very comfortable 27 degrees and is clean and regularly maintained.

There are nice views to the south and west.

Michael, the owner, is a pleasure to do business with. From the first enquiry to the swift return of the security deposit, his communications were prompt, polite, and extremely informative. He obviously takes great pride in his villa and in providing an outstanding service. We were lucky enough to meet him during our stay.

The villa is handily located in a quiet cult de sac about a ten minute downhill walk to the village centre. Conversely the return walk is uphill, but not fiercely so. In any case a (easily obtainable) taxi back is less than 4 euros.

Callao is a small village but with some nice bars and restaurants. (Our favourite was the Sunshine Restaurant, where the food and service is outstanding, but we also had a great meal in the Bombay Babu) The supermarkets in the village are small so it is worth travelling to one of the larger hypermarkets for the initial shopping. There is no promenade as such in Callao although there is a nice beach. It is a quiet resort with little local character, but with a good bus service to nearby attractions, including the lively Los Cristianos, should you not have hired a car.

We thoroughly recommend Villa Cascada to anyone planning to book a holiday rental property in this area, and look forward to our next visit! P & R.

Brilliant as Always

Been to this villa a few times now. Excellent villa. Michael is easy to contact and very helpful. Love the area. The new bed is very comfortable and love the new shower. Thank you for the Christmas Tree, that was a special touch. Hope to be back very soon. Good restaurants nearby too.

A lovely villa in a spectacular location

This villa’s location was perfect for us. We stumbled upon Calleo Salveje by chance last year, and decided to return. The village has everything you need – a lovely beach, a selection of restaurants (Bombay Babu - great Indian cuisine) and a Boulangerie which makes fantastic bread. The road where the villa is located has roughly 20 houses on it and it is a cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic. Many of the houses are residential and we always felt safe walking back from an evening out.

The villa itself is well equipped, clean and perfectly designed for a holiday rental. There are three double bedrooms – two of which are huge. Our daughter’s room had a sofa and a bookcase full of books. All the bedrooms have plenty of built in storage. The two bathrooms are modern and luxurious.

The sitting room has plenty of seating, and a smart TV allows you to watch British channels if weather conditions permit. When we were there the Calima (wind that comes in from the sahara) made the signal difficult but with a good choice of box sets and films loaded on the TV, we always had something to watch once the sun went down. The kitchen was well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery supplied.

The outside space was something special. There was a covered terrace with a small dining table (perfectly adequate for the three of us), two chairs with a table perfect for morning coffee, and a swing seat which was just the place to relax when we had eaten too much. For a larger group, there is another dining table around the corner which would easily seat six. The view from the upper terrace is spectacular. Looking towards the mountains you could see Mount Teide, and in the other direction was the sea and the island of La Gomera. The villa backs on to a ravine which is full of native plants which attracted all sorts of butterflies and birds. There are some attractive Moorish town houses on the other side of the ravine but they are far enough away not to intrude.

On the lower terrace by the pool there were plenty of sun loungers and two parasols, along with complete privacy. The pool is a good size and because it is the same depth at both ends, we could swim without grazing our knees.

We have stayed at many different homes in many countries, and without doubt this was one of the best. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Stunning views, spacious and well equipped.

My wife and I stayed at Casa Cascada for 2 weeks at the end of April 2016.

The house is situated at the end of a quiet street perched on the side of a barranca. The rear of the house and the pool look over this mini gorge with excellent views across it, some other villas and then to the sea which is about a 10 minute walk away.

The back of the house gets the sun from mid morning right up until it sinks below the sea to the west. The heated pool, the well furnished outside areas (not to mention the drinks fridge freezer on the terrace) the sun and the views combine to deliver a calming and most enjoyable outside experience.

Inside is well furnished and equipped with an excellent electronic entertainment system.

The owner Michael was most helpful and efficient. It was easy to make the booking and Michael's professionalism will offset any natural nervousness you may have when booking somewhere for the first time.

We hope to return soon.

Fantastic Holiday

Been to this property a few times now, and never been disappointed. We had Christmas & New Year here, it was the best ever. This property has everything you could need washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc., even wifi, and now a Smart TV. We highly recommended this property it's situated In lovely area, view of Tiede,the sea. Walking distant to shops, restaurants etc. 😎

Callao Salvaje is an upmarket location on the south coast of Tenerife, (Costa Adeje). The resort is renowned for its high class restaurants and friendly atmosphere. There are a number of bars, restaurants, bank, supermarket, DVD hire, excursion centres, etc to suit all needs. The best beach on the Island, Del Duque is a 10 min drive and the Golf Costa Adeje is located approximately 4 kilometres away. Taxi and bus services are readily available to transport you to the nearby resorts of Las Americas and los Cristianos or to one of the numerous street markets.
