About the property

A beautiful 4 story house situated in an quiet but ideal location to explore London.

Only a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross Station, you can explore the city whilst feeling at right at home.

Can sleep up to 10 so its great for any occasion!

The Space

A spacious 4 story house located in an ideal spot.

Three large double bedrooms occupy a floor each. The kitchen, dining room, lounge and garden are all situated on one floor.

It sleeps 6 comfortably, although there are 2 double mattresses on the floor in the top 2 rooms, so can sleep 10 if needs be.

It is a great place for entertaining as the custom made table seats 10 and the kitchen backs onto the garden. Dinners for 15 or so or small parties, no more than that.

I usually live with my sons who are away at University so the top floor is a great boys room with a small balcony. The middle room simple and clean and the master bedroom, romantic. I am an Artist, so my art is spread around the house.

I am looking for people who will appreciate it as a home and enjoy its quirkiness and respect the art around the house.

Guest Access

The cleaner will come for three hours before hand. The guest is requested to be on time so that they meet them

I would love to know the reason for your visit, but I would like you to feel at home and leave you to it.

The Neighbourhood

The house is situated in a peaceful corner of London surrounded by greenery, there is a park, adventure playground and football/basketball court at the end of the road.

There is a coop supermarket on Caledonian Road, 5 minutes walk away along with a number of smaller, independently run shops.

Getting around

The house is a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross, one of London's main commuter hotspots, 5 underground lines serve the station, along with buses that can take you to any corner of the city. National and International rail links also run from Kings Cross St. Pancras and Euston; a short bus journey away.

If the walk sways you, Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station is 3 minutes by foot,

along with the buses (phone number hidden), all of which serve Kings Cross station apart from the 274, which heads towards Angel station.
