Notes:
There is a communal pool surrounded by grass. The bathrooms (1 1/2) consist of one en-suite. There is a separate room with a sink and a toilet. There is a separate microwave and mini oven as well as, a main oven and hob. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has a security grilled door to enter the block. There is no rear access and unless you are a mountain climber with pitons, no way up the rear of the block.

Well equipped apartment, great location

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment. Apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The swimming pool near to the apartment was excellent and we made use of it nearly every day.

10 minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants etc

15 minute walk to the beach.

Saturday morning market was literally at the end of the road and well worth a visit.

I would definitely recommend this apartment, and would return there in the future.

Very clean and well equipped.

Good location for our purposes within walking distance to the beach, la Zenia boulevard, restaurants and Saturday market.The apartment is spacious with an interior design that could be a little bit more modern. It is so well equipped that you don't have to buy anything else than your own food. It is almost like beeing at home. The ceramic hob in the kitchen is brand new and very efficient. There is a washing machine but no dish washer. A nice little balcony with afternoon sun faces a very calm street where you can easily park your car. The beds are a little bit too hard for our taste. The internet is excellent and there are many english channels on the TV. Good value for money.

Wonderful apartment

Loved the apartment. Spacious rooms. Like the way the third bedroom can be for one, for a little privacy, or use the fold up

additional bed for the extra person. We actually used it in the main bedroom for our youngest child.

Wifi was a real boon and the English TV, well so good to keep up with the soaps.

Very well, comfortably furnished. Nice to have sofa that is actually comfortable..

Linen and towels were also of good quality. None of this grey, rough towels and bedlinen that you can find in some holiday

Apartments.

Position. Great. Walk everywhere. Shopping and the sea. Very well served area. La Zenia Boulevard was awesome.

Something for everyone, young and old. Shops, cafes, restaurants and play area for the kids.

Had everything we needed, very clean throughout, close to the beach and shops. Beautiful people to rent of and the only negative thing was that we had to leave! Returning again next year! Can't wait
