The property was in a lovely quiet position

Lovely located property (mosquitos not a problem with the pond). Well equipped and felt safe. Recommend playa sol for food a ten minute walk down the steps. Small niggly points: No welcome pack when arrived (used to having something) didn't know when sheets would be changed, where to put bins or park. Bathroom a little dated but functional and clean. Small double bed, noisey ceiling fan and kitchen light flickering was annoying. But overall it was a pleasant stay just needs a little tlc. Recommend a car

Owner's Response: During your stay in the house my tenants and also You they have a contact in the place and her number of mobile phone to solve any doubt or problem that one presents: sheets changement, put bins, park, etc. If the kitchen light flickering or the ceiling fan does noise, she had solved the trouble only to communicate it. The double bed is not small, it is a queen size double bed: 150x190 cm (the standard size in Spain is 135x190cm) and though it is not imprescidible, the car is advisable and this way I advise it when my clients ask me. "Apartments completely correspond to the description. Fine arrangement, purely, cozy. The big terrace, is a lot of greens, a wonderful view of a pond and the sea. There is Wi-Fi. The apartment is equipped with a polnost - the washing machine, the dishwasher, a coffee maker, the iron, the TV and another. Apartments are located directly opposite to Burriana beach that is very convenient. With pleasure I will recommend these apartments for rest by the acquaintance and to friends."

"We spent the 2 last weeks of June 2011 in this apartment and we had a wonderful time. It is very well equipped, the view is great and the terrace is really nice. Quite a number of steps to go to the beach but good exercise. No big struggle for non sportive people, not recommended to people with difficulties in walking though. Nerja center is close and we walked there quite often.

"The location is absolute...

"The location is absolutely fantastic. Terrace overlooking the big lagune with fish and turtles and great sea views. Buriana playa is very nice with lots of nice restaurants and bars and the old village is on walking distance. We hope to come back in the near future"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Playa de Capistrano. What a beautiful holiday home! The villa is very comfortable and peaceful. We appreciated the nice linens and towels. The view from the villa balcony is lovely.

Nerja Village is a charming town. We enjoyed the many good restaurants on and near the beachfront, at the bottom of the Playa de Capistrano steps."
